Girls Weekend in ACK

We had a great stay at this property - 6 college roommates reuniting for a weekend away from husbands, kids and pets. Everything you could need is in the house and in excellent condition - kitchen tools & appliances, beach chairs, coolers, linens and even board games/puzzles. Great location for a quick walk into town or go grab the Wave bus for a ride to the beach. We only wish we could have stayed longer!

An easy get away

Our host was so nice. She set us up well-with very nice quality elements like- nice beach towels, beach chairs, kitchen appointments. All done very tastefully- new etc. details like phone chargers at each bed were amazing. The Murphy bed we just use one night but was very comfortable and solid. And easy walk to town. A beautiful walk actually. And supermarket so close. Everything was very nice. The out door shower! Because it was so nice, the shower/tub stood out as kind of hard to use. But a very minor “complaint” in a really really lovely stay!! Well renovated and appointed.

The best spot in Nantucket!

Julie was an amazing host! We were lucky enough to snag an early check-in and Julie was there to greet us and give a thorough overview of the house. It was clean, cozy and beyond accommodating. There was everything we could need for our beach stay from chairs, umbrellas and towels to linens and pillows for the beds. The location couldn't be better - a quick walk or bike ride to downtown and close to Stop and Shop. I cannot wait to book with Julie again!

Perfect Stay in Nantucket...

My daughter, friends, and I enjoyed a lovely stay at this very clean, well organized, perfect-for-our-stay visit to Nantucket. The host, Julie, was kind and helpful. Everything in the house worked well and our stay was entirely comfortable. The patio area is delightful, and the beds comfortable. Having the AC on hot days was much appreciated! The house was quiet and peaceful, with great spaces for sitting and talking. We would definitely stay again. Thank you, Julie and Family...!

Our family had a great stay - we would highly recommend this property. It is practically new and is very well appointed; everything you need is on site. Excellent Location

This rental was perfect for our holiday weekend. The location was perfect, walking distance to town and lots of shops and restaurants. The house itself was new and very clean. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you could need. The outdoor shower was so great to have! They thought of so many touches like the beach chairs, towels and cooler and grocery bags to borrow. We especially loved the ice maker. The check in process was so easy and helpful. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we would definitely return!

Excellent home away from home

This house lived up to all the potential you see in the pictures! The house feels like a home and has every amenity imaginable! The entire house has been remodeled and updated with all the modern conveniences. Great home for a family vacation! Owner was great, always available and very responsive. Location isn’t too far from town, walking distance isn’t terrible but is most ideal with a bike, moped or a vehicle. House has a private driveway big enough for a large vehicle, or several mopeds. Also has bike locking stations right in the yard! Great house, great spaces great owner! Definatley recommend a stay here!

All You Need!

We were so impressed with how much love one can pack into a home. We appreciated every thoughtful detail --- from lots of beach towels to comfy beds! The home is centrally located to both downtown and the mid-island area. If you're up for walking to these areas, they are walkable but the streets are narrow and would be challenging with young ones.

Property manager was responsive and helpful. Might be my best vrbo experience ever. House even cuter than pictures and very well stocked. Pretty neighborhood about 15 min walk from the ferry. Super clean and very comfortable property. Would recommend and would stay again.

Great location with many amenities

Our family of 5 adults stayed at 49A Pleasant Street for four nights. The owner was very gracious and welcoming. The home is newly renovated and has high end amenities. We especially enjoyed the Mochamaster coffee pot! Another highlight was the private, sunny outdoor patio, a perfect place to enjoy our morrning coffee and evening glass of wine.
