The Perfect Family Home!

Our family had a wonderful stay at this house. We have stayed all over the island and this by far was the perfect balance. All the activities to keep our children occupied but close to town. The host couple were such a delight and shared a great list of must dos around the island! Can’t wait to come back!!

Outstanding Spot on Nantucket

This was an outstanding trip. Nantucket is a magical place to begin with but this stay lived up to that description. The house was great, we used 3 of the 4 bedrooms, our kids loved them, super comfy. The living area is open and comfy with a well equiped large kitchen. To top it all off our kids loved the swing set and more than anything the pool. All around a great spot and one I would definitely come back to. Our hosts were great as well, very communicative and responsive. All around a great experience.

Great stay for a family vacation

We loved our stay in this house - the layout was great for a multi-generational family with the parents on the same floor as kids with a suite in the basement for grandparents. The living area upstairs is open, lovely and kitchen is very well-stocked! The outdoor area is the true star, with a gorgeous pool and playground with a HUGE yard and outdoor seating. Our hosts were friendly, responsive and provided helpful tips and info for our visit - would highly recommend them!

Excellent!

Excellent property, pool is fantastic and house is great - exactly as described, very clean and has everything you need/would hope for. Kitchen has everything you need to cook. If traveling with a baby/toddler this is a great option, they have the necessities so you don’t have to bring them with you (and you’d never know if you didn’t need it!). Great location, easy to get to and central enough to get around the island easily, nothing took us more than 20 min and we explored everywhere. Hosts are incredibly nice, helpful and responsive. Thank you for sharing your beautiful property with us!!

Great stay in Tom Never

Our family had a great stay this past week. The property fit our needs perfectly. The pool was warm and remarkably clean. The kids loved the playscape and big yard. The home had everything necessary for a great stay on Nantucket. We plan to return next year.

Another great stay!

This is our second time at this fantastic property. We love the layout of the house which manages to feel cozy and spacious all at once, with a beautiful living area on the top floor. Great playground for kids and quiet street. Hosts couldn’t be nicer. Look forward to returning again!

Excellent get away

Located outside of town with easy drive in and out and great access to sconset bluff walk and multiple beaches. The hosts were very responsive and also not at all overbearing. They made several recommendations upon request that were also all excellent. I would absolutely stay again.

Nantucket Sanctuary

Julia and Jameson are the most gracious hosts I've ever come across on VRBO. The go above and beyond to ensure your stay is perfect, which it was for our family! Their beautiful, spacious home feels like a resort retreat! The house is incredibly well stocked - you literally can find anything you need in their awesome kitchen. What I really appreciate about the home is that is very well maintained, and feels like new! The basketball court was such a bonus for our boys. That said, the entire landscape is gorgeous and pristine! The pool is amazing as well! We cannot wait to return! Than you Julia and Jameson!

Exceeded Our Expectations!

Julia and Jameson's home exceeded our expectations. The home is decorated perfectly, impeccably clean and well stocked. The layout worked perfectly for our family and the pool and basketball court were both larger than what looked in the photos. We will definitely be back and we'd highly recommend to others.

Busy Ladies escape to Nantucket

The house was as described on the website. Lovely house on a large lot in the Tom Nevers Area - quiet area, not much close by, but a short drive to town, many fun beaches and Sconset very close by. House was very clean, check in easy, owners delightful and very responsive. I have only two suggestions for a perfect stay. Pillows were not the best and a small mirror in the non master guest rooms would be great. Other than that, house was well cared for, had everything you would need for a beach, shopping and relaxing getaway. Very responsive and sweet hosts!! Thanks for everything. We will be back!!

A great experience

We stayed the weekend to attend the Christmas Stroll. The house was beautiful and very clean. Jameson and Julia were the best hosts we've had. They provided us with helpful tips that made our experience at the Stroll a memorable one. They were very easy to communicate with and we would absolutely stay at this house again!

Tom Nevers property

The upside down house hosted and owned by Julia and Jameson was exquisite. It was beautifully maintained and an absolute pleasure to have our 31st Nantucket vacation. Our entire family loved their stay and we certainly look forward to next year.

Wonderful house in Nantucket!

This was an awesome, spotless house to stay on our trip to Nantucket. Our family loved having the pool and such a great location on the island. It is centrally located and close to town, Sconset and the bike path. It is well stocked with everything you need - especially beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella! The hosts were super quick to respond and made everything easy. We loved it!

a wonderful home away from home

We have been renting a home in the Tom Nevers area of Nantucket for many years now with our children, and this has been the best one yet. A very comfortable, roomy, well-appointed home in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of privacy. Within easy walking/biking distance of Tom Nevers beach. Quick access to the bike trail system along Milestone Road, can be in lovely Sconset within minutes. A lovely backyard with a playground, perfect if traveling with younger children. The pool was an added bonus, perfect for unwinding with the kids after a day out and about on the island. The owners were easily accessible and very easy to work with, but respected our privacy. Would highly recommend for families with children!
