The apartment was beautifully decorated, clean and centrally located. There was an unavoidable problem with the heating system, which the owners immediately addressed and kept me informed on their progress. They graciously adjusted the price without my having to ask! I will stay there again in the future!

Family summer vacation to Nantucket

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely Nantucket property! We were a family of 4 wanting a beautiful trip to Nantucket before our son & daughter leave for college. This cottage is beautifully updated and has every amenity you could want. A brand new grill, beautiful deck, secluded flat backyard, fully stocked kitchen for cooking, and updated kitchen & bath! Air conditioning worked very well too! We so enjoyed our stay and will certainly stay again in the future. Many thanks from us all! Jen & David Offutt

Nice, convenient stay in Nantucket

The property was as advertised. Kendra and Phil were responsive to our needs. The deck and yard is a beautiful oasis to relax and spend time.There were a couple of minor issues that came up. The beach chairs were all broken, Kendra reported that they were not aware and we managed. Also, the gas grill would not light. It was brand new a previously unused . I suspect the gas was empty but Kendra responded quickly with a solution.All in all, I would highly recommend the property, it will give the owners the benefit of the doubt.

The quintessential Nantucket holiday

When we were looking for a property, our daughter was staying at the White elephant but was unable to book us a room due to a convention. The “windward” cottage came up and fit every criteria.We were so pleasantly surprised when we actually got there, and saw how quaint and well maintained it us.

Fabulous spot!

We had a great stay at this cute cottage! It was about a 17 minute walk into town with sidewalks. The property manager was extremely responsive and helpful before we got there and the house was stocked with everything we needed for our long weekend, including lands end bedding and bathroom linens (the best!! :) would absolutely recommend this cottage and would absolutely stay here again!

We had a fabulous stay. The communication and check-in were seamless, and anything expected of us during our stay was clearly explained. It was the perfect distance from town, close enough to bike and walking paths, and overall a beautiful cottage. We would love to one day come back to Nantucket and stay here again!

Nantucket Visit

Our stay in Nantucket could not have been more perfect! This was our third summer vacationing on the island and this was by far our favorite accommodation. Kendra and Phil were very responsive before, during and after our stay. The cottage was absolutely perfect! It is not far from town to walk, buses can be easily accessible from the location, and overall everything was great. We had everything we needed as far as towels, chairs, kitchen tools, etc . The backyard was perfect for grilling, enjoying meals outside and our puppy had an absolute blast having an outdoor area, especially coming from the city. We couldn’t have asked for a better place and hosts. Thank you!

CLEAN! CLEAN! CLEAN and perfect all around!

We just finished up a week long stay at the cottage. It was a 5/5!! The cottage was cozy, yet perfectly appointed and the attention to detail was superior. We are a family of four two adults/two teens and we didn’t feel cramped or inconvenienced. It’s a perfect location to town and a perfect starting point for travel across the island. What impressed me the most was how clean the cottage was on the inside and the outside. Perfect!! Perfect!!! Perfect!! We will definitely be back!!!
