This house is in the perfect location! Beautiful water views, and just a short walk to the beach and Millie’s. Smith’s Point was the ideal, kid-friendly beach—only a few minutes away. The host was extremely accommodating, offering helpful advice, answering questions promptly, and even allowing a late checkout. I would absolutely love to stay in this rental again!

A little piece of Nantucket paradise

Our stay at Frankie Starlight was absolutely amazing. Francis was a great host, responded quickly to texts (no issues, just couldn't find the code he had originally sent!) the House was clean and cozy. Kitchen was easy to cook in and well stocked! Our kids loved using some of the toys. The yard and back porch were prefect for evenings with young kids. Wine on the porch while they played! We will definitely be back.

Frankies Starlight

This property was perfect for our needs. The location on the island is amazing as it allows you to get away from town and the crowds, but the convenience of the shuttle when you want to use it. The property presented exactly as it was described and the owner provided a very comprehensive and helpful "user guide" that we found helpful. This property does not disappoint.

Will stay again

This is our third time in this home. The location is everything. Very close to the beach and beautiful views of the bay. And the owner, Frank, was very responsive and helpful with anything we needed. He went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. We will absolutely be staying here again.

Just perfect

What a beautiful, comfortable, relaxing home and a perfect spot. We spent a week, each day exploring parts of the island by kayak, bicycle, car, or walking to and on Madaket beach just a few minutes away, then relaxing at home in the evenings. The fully equipped kitchen made cooking at home a breeze but it was also just a 15 minute ride into town to reach all the great restaurants. The owner provided great recommendations on what to see/ do/ where to shop and eat. Can’t wait to return some day. LOVE this home!

Incredible spot

Had a fantastic week here in this adorable home. The location cannot be beat- a short walk to Millie’s and Madaket beach (easy even for toddlers). We enjoyed the beautiful sunsets off the back porch and the peacefulness of the quiet neighborhood. We would love to stay here again in the future- our whole family absolutely fell in love with Madaket!

Great neighborhood! Couldn't access Madaket beach due to erosion but found another close by. Had a few obstacles as first guests of the season but all was resolved given good communication with Frankie Starlight! You will enjoy it😊

Fantastic and Beautiful Week

First I want to thank Francis for being so helping and inviting the whole week we were staying at his home. I had trouble working the door at first but Francis immediately helped us out. He also gave us many places to visit and check out while on the island. He made an amazing week even better. The home is situated on a very quiet end of the island. The beach was calm and allowed us to enjoy the beautiful weather with almost no one around. The drive from the airport and the main city is super easy so we would go to dinner downtown every day with exception of two days where we grilled out. The main home has a main common area and two bedrooms and bathrooms at either end, perfect for a family. The back deck overlooks the bay and is perfect for morning coffee or an evening drink. We will definitely come back and will certainly hope this home is available when we do. We highly recommend this to anyone traveling to the perfect island of Nantucket.

What A Gem of a Cottage on the West End of Nantucket!

Had a wonderful stay @ Frankie's Starlight this month! My first time staying in Madaket in 50 years of travel to the island. The Starlight is incredibly comfortable with both heat and AC. We loved how the two bedrooms were on opposite ends of the house separated by the great room and kitchen. Fully stocked with everything from linens and bedding to cookware and beach chairs/towels - you don't need to bring anything from home and can pack light! Excellent communication with a very welcoming owner! Don't miss renting here - it's serene and quiet with beautiful sunsets and breathtaking starry nights! We had a blast Frankie *including Peanut and appreciate your hospitality!

Excellent Stay in Madaket

This house was perfect for our needs in Madaket. The only reason I am giving it 4 stars was because the water heater broke while we were there and sprayed all over the room making bedding and clothing wet, requiring quite a bit of clean up. However, Francis was immediately available by phone and it was fixed the very next day. The house was in great condition. Very clean and steps to the beach. I will definitely be staying there again. Madaket is such a magical place.

This house had a great location within walking distance to Madaket Beach, Smith’s Point, and Millie’s. Deck has a nice view of the water. Three bedrooms each had their own bathroom and kitchen was well equipped. Owner was extremely easy to communicate with. Recommended!

Perfect for a family

We took my almost three year old and it was so kid friendly. We could have even left the pack n play at home. Frank was great and very communicative and helpful. We are definitely rebooking for next year. It is also a five minute walk to a fantastic beach. Great place!

Cozy home, wonderful location - will return!

We had a fantastic stay at Frankie Starlight! The host was warm, welcoming and responsive. A short walk from Madaket Beach and Millie's, the location is a 10/10 and proved the perfect spot for our family, including a toddler who enjoyed riding to and from the beach in the beach buggy. The home and amenities are basic, typical of a beach cottage, but very comfortable. We particularly enjoyed time on the outdoor deck with a water view of Hither Creek. We will definitely be back, and we can't recommend Frankie Starlight enough, particularly for families!
