"Staff were lovely but the property needs a lot of TLC. The bathroom is tiny but well equipped. Good location for st Michael's Mount but not much else nearby. Bonus was, they offered breakfast included but we weren't hungry enough for a full English breakfast 😟"

"If I could give more stars for the location I would have, this place is stunning! Waking up in the morning and have breakfast by the sea is priceless. The hotel looks newly refurbished and it is at 3 minutes walk from the train station, very convenient location. The staff was also great, especially at the restaurant for breakfast and dinner, I have got some food allergies and they took extra care which I really appreciated. "Very clean rooms and friendly hosts. It was quite cool in the evenings with heating only on in the mornings and there was no communal lounge area to sit in so we felt we were confined to our bedroom. "

"The parrot was a highlight! The cooked breakfast was good, there's an option to have cereal, toast, then cooked breakfast but I'm glad we skipped the cereal and just had 1 piece of toast."

"Quiet and clean"

"Such a wonderful property, and the rooms are so very clean and comfortable. We slept so well, and were treated quite nicely. Kate is such a lovely host, and her brekkie is top-notch. We enjoyed chatting with her as we ate, and found her delightful and helpful. The farm setting is so peaceful (for us guest that is, a lot of hard work for owners), and the location is great for visiting the Lizard and other places around south Cornwall. Thank you much for such a great stay!"
