This home was a real gem. The furnature was lovely and comfortable. The house was very clean. It was a very quiet neighborhood. The decor was professionally implemented by a design pro! I will be back!

Great Space for the Avid Golfer

This is the 2nd time we have stayed in this house. We were in town for a 3 day golf tournament at Red Hawk. The location of the house is only about 4 mins to the golf course, making it less stressful for those early morning tee times. It’s a great house, very clean and as described. Decorated cute and spacious for those wanting to relax after the round.

Top Notch!

I love all the properties from this company. We've stayed at multiple locations. Beautifully decorated, great atmosphere, and plenty of thoughtful amenities. We will always attempt to stay at their homes when we travel to Nampa.

Super nice house and house plan. New neighborhood and close to everything we needed. A couple minor cleaning issues that we shared with the mgmt team but overall a great place. We will definitely check into staying here again. Much better than a motel!

Perfect

This is our second time staying at this house. We love it. It is beautiful, spacious and very clean. I would definitely recommend this property. It has everything you need. The neighborhood is lovely and the neighbors are very friendly.

Happy with our experience

We chose this property primarily for location, as it was less than 3 minutes from family we were in town to spend Christmas with. The house was clean, styled appealingly and well supplied. Check in was easy (especially with the suggested app). Refreshingly there was not a long list, nor expectation of "check out chores" to complete before we left, but out of courtesy we took out all garbage, put all dishes in the dishwasher and started it and collected all used towels in the laundry room. I would rent this house again, and would recommend it to others

House great. Property management company not great.

This is our third stay (2nd at this property) within the last year with this management company. They have the most options in an area we needed to stay in. Home is great! Zero complaints there. Very well appointed and cozy. I would not recommend staying in a property managed by this company. Each time we have stayed we have had a separate problems with the property management company. First stay the code to open the door would not work. Messaged and called several times all afternoon and evening with no response. Finally 6 hours after we arrived at the home received a call with a new code. Second stay- we booked one property with company. Cancelled and booked a different property with them on their recommendation because it had pool access. Canceled the first reservation over one month before the 100% refund deadline. It took about 10 reminders, several mistakes, and 6 months before we got our refund. On this second stay, the listing “sleeps” does not match what is actually in the home. There were not enough beds for our group. When I inquired about this I was told that they have several air mattresses at the home and they count for how many guests the home sleeps. This is not inline with VRBO policy. Third stay- arrived at the home at 4:00 to find that house keeping had not cleaned since the last guests. Finally cleaned by 9:30. Booked property because of pool access. Was told after arrival no longer pool access. Very unorganized and unprofessional.

Please be more attentive to your property and guests

It was a reasonable priced stay for a new home decorated like a model home. Hospitality: When we arrived the house was freezing. They have an electronic wifi thermostat so there should be no problem warming up the house a bit for guests. The toilet seats and bathroom floors were freezing for like 4 hours. No response to emails. Supplies: 1 roll of paper towels for a 4 day stay, plenty of toilet paper no Kleenex, no decaf coffee or coffee supplies provided by regular hotels. Some spices- no red pepper Plastic wrap Some foil Supplied Dish soap, laundry soap, body soap, shampoo and conditioner, hair dryers, but no body lotion. There were no lids for the large pans for simmering or a griddle for the size the house accommodates. Also needs larger baking pans. Nice appliances, small appliances, dishes, etc. Cleanliness: 👎👎👎The floors were filthy. The carpet was vacuumed, but all the hard surfaces flooring were dirty. There was hair, and dirty footprints in the master bathroom and dirty footprints in the shower. A towel smelled like cologne and had blue stuff on it. There was a full pot of coffee with mold in it and mold in the left over grinds with a mess on the counter top and a stained coffee cup. The guest bathroom had hair on the floor and toothpaste on the mirror. The guest bedroom had dust, food crumbs and hair on the nightstands. The laundry room floor was dirty. Mixing bowls were dirty. The fridge was not wiped down. I was not very confident that the sheets would be clean. 🥴Management: I emailed the property management and received no response. I could have called but I was tired after flights and didn’t want to be rude. There was no broom, vacuum, mop or cleaning supplies or I would have cleaned the floors myself and demanded a cleaning refund. The property management company does not reply to you during the weekend apparently, and even today they have not contacted me The house is decorated in modern farmhouse. The beds are comfortable. It was a new rental with no reviews, but we were not the first ones for sure. There were baby bottle parts in the garbage disposal that caused it to jam multiple times as we kept finding more pieces. Location: It was a great location for us being so close to NNU in a nice neighborhood and lots of options nearby for food, groceries, etc. Easy to find. Check in/ out process was easy.
