When bringing up the contradiction we were told “good catch”, an experience that didn’t instill much confidence in our stay. "A staff member from the property contacted me via cell phone 24 hours prior to our check-in to notify us that our reservation was cancelled (reason will keep private per HIPAA) and that we'd receive a full refund. After multiple voicemail and email messages to the property, the only response from them was to Expedia Customer Service denying any form of refund.
