For emergencies, there is always wifi in the reception area. I was there for 3 nights. I had hot water for two mornings but not the third. You have to run the shower for some time. "The location is outside of kampala and only a supernarket accross the dtreet mo other fscility sround the srea. They have nice room and gave a new gym build in their backyard. But you sre 40 minutes or more to sny other facilities."
