"Lo único que se salva de este hotel es su localización, las piscina, y el jardín... con el resto de cosas nos hemos llevado una gran decepción. La comida deja mucho que desear, la habitación está sucia, la cama es mala, el baño es oscuro y no funcionaba la cisterna (pedimos que la arreglaran y nos miraron con cara de locos). El lugar en el que se encuentra en el parque es insuperable, pero tienen que darle una buena vuelta y cambio al hotel, porque la experiencia en general ha sido muy...

The food variety is basic but cooked well and hygienic. We had a great time and they really looked after us. We can only say a big thank you and we look forward to staying with you again."

"We stayed in the tent, however I think it was not comfortable with so many zippers, and there is no key. The beds and the bathroom were fine, but it was cold at night. The hotel is ok, although there was loud music until almost midnight and noisy people walking around at late night, which probably is not good for either people or animals, as the hotel is close to the lake, which is a bird sanctuary. "The staff were very friendly and helpful and helped us practice our Swahili. We ate dinner and breakfast at the in house restaurant which was delicious. Our room was great and had everything we needed. We were also able to park in the reserved hotel parking out the front and the security helped us with our bags too. We had a great stay here and will hopefully be back next time we visit Nakuru!"
