"This place is absolutely wonderful. The luxurious tents are on raised walkways right next to the beautiful lake with incredible views of all the spectacular bird life and the herd of hippos who live in the water and at night can be seen grazing on the lawns of the Country Club! The food is incredible, the service very friendly and the pool is lovely. Definitely recommended for a relaxing few days before or after a safari."

"The property is in a serene area. We stayed at the Flamingo suite that is an amazing tent. With living room, huge balcony overlooking the flamingoes on the lake. The staff is exceptional. The food delicious and well served. A very relaxing experience indeed. "

"Wenn Sie noch niue ein Hotel gebucht haben, das schon vor 20 Jahren hätte abgerissen werden sollen: Das Jacaranda ist ein leuchtendes Anschauungsobjekt! Die Lage ist zwar ansprechend und auch das Personal ist sehr nett, aber ansonsten ist es eine Lotterbude!"

"Appena arrivati la ragazza alla reception non trovava la nostra prenotazione , dire che la camera era anche già stata pagata in anticipo ho dovuto inoltrare la mail con tutte le informazioni , alla fine però abbiamo avuto la nostra camera che era molto spaziosa e pulita . "We stayed in the tent, however I think it was not comfortable with so many zippers, and there is no key. The beds and the bathroom were fine, but it was cold at night. The hotel is ok, although there was loud music until almost midnight and noisy people walking around at late night, which probably is not good for either people or animals, as the hotel is close to the lake, which is a bird sanctuary.
