The room looks amazing and clean. We got the water park view which is nice. Breakfast needs to pre-order and you get to choose to get it delivered to your room or eat at the dinning area. The only problem that we faced was the shower water temperature. The temperature is unable to stay constant. It keeps getting from very hot to very cold no matter how we adjust. Had a hard time when showering. We only feedback to the staff when we came back at night and by that time all the maintainence staffs are not around. Hopefully they get it fixed based on my feedback after we left.

Nice stay in Korat off the beaten track

Great staff. Nice gym and pool. Across the street from very nice exercise park. Cool to see fighter jets taking off from the base. Room spacious and good value. Bikes available. Short drive to Mall and downtown Korat. Very exclusive. Breakfast delivered to your room at the time you choose. If your going to Korat and not on a backpackers budget I highly recommend the Bervery Hills.

Changed room 3 times due to DIRTY bed sheets

So, I checked in to my suite only to find a pack of cigarettes, lighter and cigarette butts on the balcony. I then noticed that the comforter on the bed had wrinkles all over it, and was not cleaned. We went down to speak to the front desk and she confirmed that no one was staying in the room but would change our rooms for us. Great right? We got to the second room, only to see MULTIPLE hairs on the "fresh" pillow and another dirty comforter. We went downstairs to complain again with pictures of the dirty bed sheets. She apologized profusely and told us she would give us an upgrade.. Next room, guess what, more hairs on the pillows, another room that had dirty bed sheets. The lady saw with her own eyes as well and said how sorry she was...She said she would change the bed sheets personally for us. Disgusting. They brought us to three rooms, and three out of the three rooms had dirty bed sheets even though they "cleaned" the room. The same lady that escorted us to the room even gave an excuse for the cleaning lady that, "She must have had a lot of customers and was busy"..!!!! As if that makes it okay to leave dirty bed sheets on the bed for the next guest!!!! Disgusting!! What's worse is that the cleaning lady still works there! Not fired..nothing..........I would recommend that you stay away from this "LUXURY" hotel at all costs unless you want to sleep in DIRTY bed sheets from the prior guests.

Great hotel difficult parking.

Great hotel. Only one issue. They have a great gym. It is also a members gym for people not staying at the hotel. This is a nonissue. The issue is while a large parking lot is located across a small street they alow members to park on the hotel sight which can fit maybe 10 cars in very tight blocked in conditions. With that said every other aspect of this hotel is fantastic.

Einfach nur super !!!

Das Hotel ist wirklich zu empfehlen, sehr hilfsbereites Personal, obwohl Sie nicht so gut Englisch sprechen haben Sie für uns eine Tour in den Kaoh Yai Nationalpark organisiert, auch ist der Pool und das Fitnessstudio super!! Sehr ruhige Lage am See mit wunderschönen Sonnenaufgang.Der Whirlpool im Zimmer war einfach genial.

Do Not Stay Here

This place is disaster. It is all style with zero functionality. The A/C went out in our room at 11:30 at night and we had to change rooms twice with no real assistance from staff. The place was badly understaffed and not only did no one speak any English, they seemed less capable of understanding my poor but usually functional Thai than the average taxi driver or maid. The lighting in the room was weird and inconvenient. The whirlpool tub did not work. I could not figure out how to turn on the TV with its three remotes!! You had commit to when you wanted to eat breakfast the night before (?).There are several other similarly priced hotels virtually adjacent to this one stay here at your own peril!!

Spacious, well appointed rooms

The property was very contemporary, and the rooms were large and beautifully appointed. The front desk staff were friendly and polite but spoke minimal English, so do not expect huge help with making arrangements - do that homework before you come. The restaurant does not serve dinner, and the location is a little ways away from the main shopping area, so don't count on a quick meal without having to get taxi (which can also take some time). On the plus side, you have a beautiful park with a jogging/walking path around a lake right in front of the hotel, so it was relaxing to go for a stroll after a long trip.

Trendy hotel, mooi ingericht, wel buiten centrum

Rustig gelegen hotel, buurt lijkt in opkomst, maar nu nog tamelijk afgelegen. Taxi kan alleen via receptie van hotel geregeld worden. Hotel biedt alleen ontbijt. Enkele eenvoudige restaurants op paar minuten loopafstand. Kluis in de kamer, maar zit los, kun je zo onder je arm meenemen.

great quite retreat. I recommend this hotel

Rooms are luxury for price. Lovely spa bath.Good Gym, steam room complex. It is a job to get taxis but its a lot better than experiencing Bangkok problems. If it rains the availability of a taxi is near nil unless you know how to jump taxis. people in hotel are great. Close to public running and exercise area. I had a quite comfortable time. Hotel is handy to Mall 10 min taxi ride. Half hour wait for order taxi. General public do not speak English so expect to be able to converse in Thai or struggle. Food is mostly Isaan type foods in eateries. Lovely place and a great change to the bustle of BKK or Chonburi. Lovely friendly people every where untainted from the rip offs or gouging of Bangkok and Pattaya

Great value for city of Korat. Our 2nd stay at this property. My biggest peeve is the fact that there's no elevator from the garage level to the reception level.
