Overall Just average, Rooms are modern and my room was clean, size of room not small but not big , breakfast was average at best eggs cold food not exciting, pool nice but not great but for that area ok, price was ok but there are other options similar for cheaper. I was excited to try this hotel due to fairly good reviews but it seams customers mainly staying were local Thai or business one nighters which tend not to give straight forward feedback anyway not a bad choice just average in all areas.

Nice, modern, clean hotel. Conveniently located by the Mall for food and shopping choices and also near Lotus (grocery store). Parking is super convenient and speaking of parking, because you’re so close to the Mall, you can walk over there and not deal w parking.

Lækkert rent hotel, med god pool, gym og ude områder. Hotel og værelse var rent og pænt, og medarbejdere søde og venlige. Dog var morgenmaden noget skuffende for en europæer. Men alt i alt et hotel der er værd at anbefale.

Not so lucky visit
Not so happy visit due to several small shortcomings. The room was fine but toilet did not have soap for handwash and very few amenities. The wifi service did not work (connected and was running a few minutes but stopped to give any service). Toilet did not have any spare toilet paper and the drainage pipe for the shower was totally jammed spoiling the shower experience. On the positive side the room and everything else were clean, food in the restaurant ok and breakfast was decent in thai standards.

Will due in a pinch
All in all the rooms are comfortable but I'm 6'4" and did not get the king I requested. Instead they gave me a room with short twin beds. When I found blood on the sheets the housekeeper tried to wash them in the bathroom sink. It took a complaint to the desk to get fresh sheets. The security guard insists on helping you park your car and at night shines his flashlight right in your eyes. Often he would stand where you are trying to park. VERY UNSAFE. The breakfast buffet is ok but the same every day. They could add a few more items like grits, pancakes or waffles and bacon. The eggs are cold and dry and if you really want a better expierence and a great buffet go the the Kantary just down the street. All in all its mediocre but has the potential to be great with just a few improvements.

New hotel in sorry neighborhood
Nice, new hotel, but in a poor neighborhood and accessible only through very narrow streets. Pros: Modern, clean, comfortable beds, nice restaurant, good breakfast buffet; Cons: Thin walls (you can hear every word of your neighbors), bathrooms have glass windows (if you leave a light on as a nightlight, it illuminates the entire room), shower glass wall is too short (water splashes into adjacent part of bathroom);

Only one hair in the soup..
Another very nice 3-days visit at this appealing new hotel - now with pool. Nice room (with only one chair), comfy beds, good breakfast buffet, good service - except for the shuttle bus driver, who almost forgot our return appointment (made in thai by thai wife). We arrived back at the hotel, after having waited for 15 minutes, by foot at the same time as he did with the bus; no other guests but us to service.No big deal, but still hot.
