This property is very well maintained and the hosts were amazing i reached out to them a few times with questions and they were prompt in responding to my needs !! The turtles are so much fun! the pool and hot tub are amazing! we loved it here and would return another time if the owners would have us!! highly recommend !!

This home and hosts exceeded our expectations!We can't wait to visit this home and area again.Being 1st time users of VRBO, we were skeptical and did not know what to expect.The Hosts, Bill & Debbie, went out of their way to do something special for our visit that was an AWE HOW SWEET and very unexpected moment for us. This vacation was to celebrate our 36th wedding anniversary. We were also able to celebrate our daughter's 29th birthday, as well as her and our son-in-law's 2nd wedding anniversary.Though the weather may not have been the greatest, we still enjoyed the use of the hot tub each and every day.One of the high-lights for my wife..... feeding the turtles behind the house! It was actually very nice for all of us. We enjoyed the morning and evening feedings. The short walk to the beach was quick and once back, the outdoor shower allowed for cleaning up so as to not track sand in the house. The house was very clean, comfortable, and truly gave the home feeling we were hoping to have during our vacation.Bill and Debbie - Thank you for being great hosts and for checking on us during our visit to ensure all was okay. We appreciated how you had clear expectations from us as temporary tenants as well. We hope to have another opportunity to rent from you again.The Price family

The cottage was well equipped with everything we needed, especially in the kitchen. We loved the fact that there was a pool and hot tub to swim when the surf was too rough to swim in. We plan on booking again next year.

What a wonderful stay for our family ! Everything is true to description and details well thought out. We were able to enjoy parts of both sunrises and sunsets from the house! Communication was excellent..owners called ahead to let me know Central AC needed repair due to a T-storm power surge prior to us getting there, and had window units installed were installed..kept the house nice and cool! During our week, there were mostly 2 red flags days, so were so grateful we had the pool and hot tub. Plenty of beach chairs in the fun game room. Beds are comfortable, really everything you could ask for and more! Can't wait for the opportunity to come back!

We absolutely loved our week long vacation here. The house was clean, the kitchen everything we needed, and the rooms were cozy and perfect. Our kids loved the turtle pond and feeding them. The pool was used every day and we were so close to the beach. They also have a game room that the kids loved. Beach chairs, wagons, pool and beach toys were all accessible. I can’t say anything bad about our experience. The owners were wonderful and so easy to communicate with! We can’t wait to come back!

Wish we could stay another week

We stayed here in 2021 and didn't think it could get any better, but it did. Bill and Debbie are wonderful hosts. House had everything we needed and was exceptionally clean. Quiet neighborhood, very relaxing atmosphere. Saltwater pool was enjoyed by all during the heat wave, and it's just a short walk to a lifeguarded beach (and there aren't many in OBX). Can't wait to come back for more sunrise walks on the beach!

Loved this house in Nags Head!

This lovely house was perfect for our vacation with our kids and grandkids! There is plenty of room with 4 BR and a nice open kitchen, living and dining area. The beds are comfortable- a must for us with our bad backs. The kitchen is well-stocked. Of course the best parts are the pool and the pond filled with turtles! What a delight for our young grandchildren! The walk to the beach is short, and this beach is not crowded at all. Bill and Debbie are genuinely good and kind people who responded immediately to my questions.Thank you for a wonderful family vacation!

Best OBX vacation

We enjoyed our stay here so much. Everything was great. The house was clean and plenty big enough for our family of 7. The kitchen is very well stocked. Linens and towels were provided along with a little starter/welcome bag of goodies and necessities. We loved the pool, hot tub, and pond. We loved feeding the turtles. We loved lounging in the hammock. Very short walk to the beach. Booking was easy. Check in was easy. Communication was great. The owners are great. Would book again. We had the best time! 10/10

Sea Breeze Cottage is the BEST!

My two sisters and I just spent a week at Sea Breeze Cottage, and we had the most wonderful time. I've been disappointed in the past with house rentals that were NOT at all as advertised (dirty, non-functioning appliances, etc.), but we couldn't have been more pleased when we arrived. We had a couple of VERY minor issues, but our hosts, Debbie and Bill, responded immediately to us and we were able to quickly resolve the issues. We would love to go back again because we had such a perfect time. I highly, HIGHLY recommend Sea Breeze Cottage.

What a treat

This home was such a pleasant surprise. All the photos were great but it is even better in person. So relaxing. Much slower pace there but the busy area is right down the street. The house layout is great and the owners are soo nice. We are definitely looking forward to staying here again.

OUR KIND OF COTTAGE

After literally hours of hunting a vacation rental that checked all our boxes, we choose the Sea Breeze Cottage. With a private pool, hot tub, short walk to the beach, and covered parking, it really fit the bill. The beautiful backyard and turtle pond was an added bonus! The hosts were very nice and accommodating. We had a lovely time.

Wonderful!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house was great, conveniently located, pool and hot tub after a day of venturing out was wonderful. My family and I loved seeing and feeding the turtles every day too. You can’t go wrong staying here. The hosts were very responsive and kind. No complaints. Highly recommend.

Wonderful family break, would return again

Location was perfect, quiet and very close to the beach. The property was clean and comfortable, and everything was laid out very clearly. Hosts were very helpful and made the whole process easy. The pool in the back yard was a huge plus for us, the kids loved it and it was a nice option when taking a break from the beach. We loved our stay and would certainly consider staying again in the future

Wonderful place to stay!

What a great place

We loved this place, it was clean, the pool was amazing and the location is very convenient. The owners are very nice and easy to stay in contact with. We highly recommend this place for families, especially with small children because it is all 1 floor. The pond was cool and my daughter is now obsessed with turtles. It is just a short drive to many of the things you would want to do.
