This cottage is an original Outer Banks style flat top, built circa 1940, that sits just north of the Nags Head Fishing Pier, offering the unique opportunity to stay right on the Atlantic Ocean. The flat top cottage has been meticulously renovated to preserve the original coastal character that makes these Nags Head cottages special. Now featuring 4 bedrooms and 4 en suite bathrooms, this cottage is perfect to make memories for years to come.

The space

We want you to LOVE the Ocean Spray flat top as much as we do! You’ll have the entire cottage located just east of the pier house to yourselves. It’s very cozy: a perfect place to vacation with your family or getaway with some friends. The flat top can comfortably accommodate up to ten guests.

Sleeping Arrangements:
- Bedroom 1: King bed
- Bedroom 2: Queen bed
- Bedroom 3: Queen bed
- Bedroom 4: 1 queen bed and 2 twin beds

- Bathroom 1: En-suite to bedroom 1 and hallway — tiled tub/shower

The Ocean Spray flat top is steps from the Nags Head Pier, which is so much fun, and the party may go on into the night. We would love for you to be a part of the late night fun, but if you’re looking to turn in early, we offer earplugs and a sound machine.
