The hotel is only a 5-min walk to Nagoya train station. Our dbl bdrm is small. We had 2 large suitcases, so we put our daily-use items in one suitcase, and put the other one under the bed. Room size is good for 1 person; a bit crowded for 2, but manageable. All amenities can be picked up in the lobby by elevator. They also have hair iron for rental. Microwave, vending machines and washers/dryers on-site. You can also check the availability of washer/dryer from the tv in your room. Housekeeping is great! New towels upon request, but they’d come in for housekeeping every 2 days regardless (if you stay more than 3 days). Hot water for bath/shower is good. Water pressure is strong. AC and humidifier are working very well. If you arrive hotel before their check-in time, you can drop off your luggage first; they have storage space and would help to lock up your suitcase, and you can use a key card to retrieve when you come back. There is also a weigh scale in the lobby, so you can weigh your suitcase before heading out to the airport, no worry about overweight suitcase. Leave some room in your suitcase in case you pick up more souvenir from the airport before checking in. Self check out is quick and easy, though there’s a staff standby in case guests need assistance. The only -ve feedback is the instruction to the hotel from Meitetsu Nagoya station. I wish there’re a clear map and direction on hotel website for 1st-time travelers. I got lost when came out from Meitetsu station.
