Everything was good, rooms are well maintained. What i think that they could improve on is the swimming pool, water need a little bit of clean, that's from my point of view.

We had terrible first night. Whole night there was noise and screaming. Couple times felt someone banging on my door in the middle of the night. Shower drainage was working properly.

Stayed for 6 days in 2 bedroom apartment; didn't get cleaned once during our stay. Children enjoyed the pool - great to have hot water. Room service was efficient.

We stayed at the property on the 17th of this month, and our experience was a complete mixed bag due to to a major contrast in staff attitude. When we 1st arrived at Wailoaloa resort reception, the girl working at the desk was very rude and lazy. Without even bothering to check our reservation, she immediately sent us away to their hotel in Namaka. When we arrived at the Namaka property, the lady at the reception there was the exact opposite-highly professional, welcoming and incredible helpful. Unfortunately, when we had to come back to the Wailoaloa resort, the same girl at the front desk didn't even apologize for the massive inconvenience she caused. Her behavior was completely unprofessional. On the positive note, the rest of the team saved our stay. The staff at the restaurant and the housekeeping team were fantastic, and very friendly. The resort has a great service staff, but the front desk at Wailoaloa seriously need customer service training.

Music too loud during PM hours, unable to sleep, complained to front desk twice with no action. Nil towels had to request for towels in room. Breakfast is very basic. One of the front staff members were not friendly.

Checking in/out was fine, terrible breakfast, room cleaning staffs were good with communication. Swimming pool is good. Shower and toilet very small, shower was licking from connection. Noise location. I was mainly unhappy with breakfast.

We enjoyed our stay. We were able to store our luggage until we were able to check in. This was extremely helpful. The staff was extremely pleasant throughout our stay. The rooms showed normal wear and tear, but were adequate for my family of four (which included grown two teens). The bathrooms were nice. Overall, we would stay there again. The biggest downside was the parking. The parking lot is very small and a bit difficult to park our SUV rental. The hotel was located right by a bus stop.

Our accommodation was surprisingly awesome, considering it was only rated a 3 star. To have spacious clean modern rooms, two lovely swimming pools, continental breakfasts included and a well-priced restaurant on site for breakfasts, lunches and dinners. However, the highlight was the staff, so beautiful and genuinely warm and caring. Also it was so conveniently positioned, 10mins from Denerau, 10mins from the Airport, and local amenities, Louanas BBQ, 2min walk, Life cinemas and church 5min walk, supermarket, bakeries and Burger King, and Maccas - 5min drive. It was so quiet and tranquil, away from the hussle and bussle of the resorts we visited. We would definitely stay here again.

Place was well kept and in close proximity to everything, easy to get around even by foot. The only downside is that there can be a lot of noise from guests at the bar close to the reception. My only suggestion would be either keep the bar upstairs only or book a room away from main reception. Otherwise the staff are so kind and always willing to help and make sure you’re enjoying your time in Fiji

Location leaves something to be desired with the proximity of the runway and the volume of the jets taking off. We booked two of the dorm style rooms. We did find bed bugs in one of the four beds. The shared bathroom facilities were very clean and the shower, while lacking places to hang clothing, was of very good quality. My wife and I have come to really enjoy a number of the restaurants and lodging options in the Wailoaloa area. This location was just a bit too far away from the rest of the amenities in that area.
