Only thing I would recommend was for the front desk lady to have offered a more reasonable price for the rooms. We didn’t have reservations due to driving as far south in Texas as we could and being unsure of where we would end our day. Anyway I seen online that prices were 65-70 dollars a night. She offered me a room for $140.00… needless to say I booked online and came back in. Rooms were clean, beds ok and breakfast was good.

We always enjoy our stays when we visit Nach. It’s a great price and is always clean and quiet.

Our room was nice and clean and housekeeping did an excellent job. I didn't realize the hotel welcomed pets, and there was an odor the second night of my stay in the elevator and hallway. The coffee at breakfast was good. Overall, for the price, it was a pleasant stay. The downsides were that it was noisy and it made getting to sleep at night kind of difficult. Also, the hotel seems a little outdated. Should I visit next time, I will probably stay at the Holiday Inn Express because they offer a better breakfast and hopefully no pets.

The only issue we had to leave a day early the hotel would not help us with a refund leaving the day early.

My room was not cleaned there was someone’s leftovers left on the tv stand and a used bar of soap and half empty shampoo in the bathroom. But the staff was very friendly.

I have been in better Super 8's.
The room was clean. The pillows are very thick for the people that like that. Our room temperature started off ok and became freezing as the night went. Tried to figure out thermostat. Wanted to talk to morning desk person but he told me to wait a minute as he finished whatever he was doing on computer. Breakfast was subpar compared to other Hotel.com hotels., unless you like food in plastic and microwave it.

Very clean room. The only update would be the shower. Can use an exhaust fan. Otherwise, very nice and clean. Would stay again ☺️

Hotel très propre confortable et bien situé Le petit-déjeuner, n'est pas terrible, aucun fruit ni de pain, pour moi ça ressemble à du snack. Autant ne rien mettre. Domage. Apres on est au USA... La salle de sport est super. La literie est propre et confortable. Chambre spacieuse et calme.

The Breakfast was somewhat disappointing. I waited 12 minutes to check out and no one was at the counter during that time. Other people were waiting also. Not very professional!

Not that impressed
The phone in the room didn’t work the tv remote barley worked the tv the hot tub wasn’t hot it was more like Luke warm the tub in the room got hotter then the hot tub.. the vending machines were cash only and if u wanted a drink from the front desk u had to wait till someone could unlock the little icebox.. the front receptionist was not very friendly. When we called to let them know it would be a little later for arrival it took us 30 mins to even get through as the phone stayed busy and when we finally got through they just said fine and hung up… very rude

Short Cancelation Notice
Do not book this hotel. They will cancel your room with very short notice. I booked this hotel in July of 2023 to accommodate us for our Family weekend at the college on September 23, 2023. On September 22nd i received a call that my reservation had to be cancelled because of water damage. Drove by the hotel and there was not an empty spot in the packing lot. Plenty of other guest staying there. I had to stay 45 mins from the college campus because all other hotels were booked. I will never book with them again.
