It’s really hard to put into words just how spectacular our stay at Villa Mariposa was. Everything about the experience didn’t simply exceed our expectations; it absolutely blew them away. Chad, our host, was in constant contact and incredibly helpful. The staff on the ground is even more so. By way of example, we ran out of propane at the grill one night around 7:30pm. After a quick call the the local staff a new tank was delivered and installed in about 15 minutes.The property is “blow-your-mind” incredible. The images in the listing do not do it justice. This is the sort of place from which legends are created, and songs or poems are written. The Peninsula Papagayo area was also fantastic. The golf course was one of the most beautiful we’ve ever seen. The beach club and restaurants were relaxed and delicious. If you have kids, wait until they see the brand-new play park. Just amazing.Overall, on a scale of 1 to 10. This rental experience rolls in at 52.We will be back!
