"Hotel decepcionante. A primera vista parece un hotel más que correcto, habitación amplia, moderna y acogedora pero cuando uno se empieza a fijar en los detalles la cosa cambia. Falta de limpieza por todas partes, mucho polvo acumulado debajo de la cama desde hace mucho tiempo, sabanas viejas y aparentemente limpias pero los cojines decorativos están llenos de manchas poco agradables, lámparas en mal estado de conservación y muy sucias, ducha poco higiénica, papeleras con manchas y oxidadas... En...

"Very Nice property , good location , amazing food , price is also reasonable, breakfast buffet was also very delicious. Staff is really helpful and provided best service. 1 out of the 2 rooms although bieng of same category was smaller than the other. i happen to see a small cockroach in my bathroom , pest control could have been better. Rest its all good , Value for money hotel !!"

"Property itself is immaculately maintained and historical. A must stay for anyone visiting Mysore. Though the facilities were maintained with modern amenities, it took you back to the late 1800s where service and luxury were in tune. Sparklingly clean, great staff and food was delicious and best in Mysore. I will go again and again. Enjoy🙏"

"Highly recommend staying at Jasmine Apartment. Excellent location right off of Kalidasa Road - quiet neighborhood. Extremely clean with very responsive staff. The front desk attendant, Akaash, was very friendly and helped answer all my questions. Front desk was present 24/7 making my late night ride from Bangalore feel safe."

"We checked in the room. Staff were not helped our take our luggages to our room. The bath room was very bad with water leakage from ceiling, water accumulating on the bath room floor. I complaint for this then they change to another room. Another room entrance without light again complaint then theu chsnge tje bulb. Bath room pipes having only hot water then complaint the staff came and repaired after only cold water was available. The total stay was horrible. The room was with old furniture's. "

"It was indeed a very good stay ! *Room was very clean with clean linens *Rest room though small but served the purpose very clean and neat *Reduced One Star ✨ because of the breakfast, though it was good but we found a hair in masala dosa which shouldn't be the case. Otherwise for the price offered it's excellent "
