Beautiful view

Wonderful stay! Derrick was great! We brought our daughter's best friend so I wasn't sure how the room set up was going to be but it worked out wonderful. The living room area had a Murphy bed and the couch pulled out as a full bed. My husband and I could still go out on the balcony and come back in our room without going in on their side so it was almost like we had two separate rooms. It worked out great beautiful views!!!

Please don’t ruin your family vacation

Upon arrival, We walk in to find out it was nothing as advertised! Everything in the rental was completely ran down and disgusting. The sofa is no longer the blue color it’s black from filth. Every appliance, wall , and the floors are dirty and beyond a simple clean at this point. The deck is hideous with damage all over ,definitely nothing like the picture. We walked in to find a dirty diaper under our bed from the last people that stayed there, and nothing had been cleaned or washed .Even if the unit was clean, it wouldn’t look anything like the pictures because all the furniture and everything in it needs to be replaced. Needs paint because the walls are damaged and dirty throughout. Floors damaged .We walked in and couldn’t believe our eyes, and the smell was even worse! It smells like dog pee in there. We walked in and had to walk back out, went and booked at a different location. I believe that property shouldn’t be listed on here in the condition it’s in. All the reviews must be really old or from people that live dirty themselves? It’s really a shame These properties shouldn’t have to post updated pictures or videos once a month to show if it is even in the same condition before we rent it. The property owner did send his cleaning crew. Happen to be 2 crackheads that lived in the motel next-door that didn’t even have a vacuum, broom,or one cleaning supply. The couple was high as a kite and said they aren’t supplied anything to clean it.

Great Property just as described

Communication was excellent. The condo was just as pictured and very resort feel. The view from the balcony was great. I thought parking might be an issue s8nce it came with only one space but the desk at the resort kindly gave me another one. During peak season this could be an issue but plenty of metered parking around. The only real issue I had was changing the code on the lock and eventually gave up and just used the 10 digit code I was given to access the property. I will definitely come back to this unit.

Relaxing May Vacation

We really enjoyed the condo and the location. It was a very relaxing place for me and my wife and little dog. The location is very convenient to restaurants and shops, which includes the Market Common area. We will definitely stay here again.

Picture perfect

Absolutely loved the decor, colors and artwork. Corner, wrap around balcony allowed me to see sunrises and sunsets! The outside hallways were a little dingy and we were able to gain access into the building without a key card from the garage but that is no fault of the owner. The inside condo had everything you could need and even had little bottles of shampoo, conditioner and soaps which I was not not expecting. The bed was super comfy. We had a beautiful stay.

Loved this unit and it’s layout! It doesn’t feel like a hotel room. It’s spacious and well stocked. The oversized balcony is nice for watching the ocean and sunsets. Derrick is always a pleasure to deal with! Will definitely rent from him again.

Much needed Getaway with my family

It was a great location and room was perfect size with the fur babies. Couple things I can say bad is the actual hotel itself was not great but I would stay at this apartment again. Other thing was some cleaning issue that didn't affect our stay I rather talk to the owner than Broadcast it....because overall this room was perfect and definitely would stay here again. And Derek was great and communication was spot on!!

Wonderful Condo

It is a beautiful property with amazing views, outstanding cleanliness and stocked with anything you would expect at any 5 Star Resort. I am a Travel Agent, but stayed here for my personal Vacation and was extremely pleased!
