Excellent location right on the oceanI mentioned my husband and myself were disabled but the owner said the steps were wide and not straight upNo elevator. Well there was NO handicapped parking and there were 3 sets of steps 5 total of15 steps to get to the 2nd floorVery difficult for 2 disabled people carrying stuff to beach everyday and groceries If you are on a walker, cane or older do not rent hereAlso, menti I ned 1st day to owner, water pouring from gutter onto balcony getting chairs soaked, no answer Day 3, i emailed and said the was a huge cockroach in kitchen which my husband trapped and flushed.No answer. I noticed on the fridge, HOA had schedule for mandatory roach spraying at the condos Since no respnse on above issue, i never mentioned the blood stained pillow i found, i threw it in the cluset and the drain in bathroom does not drain the water when showering. Also towel rack broke in same bathroomIm done, would never stay here again
