The only good thing about this property is the management company who refunded my money. They were kind and professional and I received the refund in a timely manner. However, this property, unfortunately, has a lot going on that needs to be fixed. There are mold spots on the ceiling above the beds, the pillows themselves had mold spots, the paint is peeling in the ceiling and the light didn’t work in the kitchen. There was also an old cleaning rag left on the furniture. My husband fixed the light but we did not sleep on any of the 6 moldy pillows in the room. We left after 1 night and stayed somewhere else. If this room is properly cleaned up and given the attention it needs, it would be a lovely place to visit. It comes with a full size kitchen and has beautiful beach decor, and the beds were comfortable, but it smelled moldy and musty and not clean. The check-in was easy and quick and as I mentioned, the company understood and refunded our money. Quick note - My husband is an engineer and has deep concern about the metal and steel structure on the parking deck (which may be all over the building), but it needs to be inspected and brought up to code.
