Everything you could ever imagine was in the room. It came with plenty of towels, beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys, card games, a puzzle. Every kitchen utensil and baking dishes, pots, pans were all there. It's a great place to stay.

Room was very clean and we really liked the amenities (beach equipment, washer/dryer, etc.). View of the beach was great.Sheets were awful microfiber (you can get 100% cotton for very cheap from places like Amazon or Target) and couch was old, stained, and uncomfortable.Resort pools were quite dirty and, in some cases, not filled (one of the covered ones. Not only was it not filled, was full of trash and dirty).Trying not to be too picky, but I expected much more for 2200 for three nights.

Myrtle Beach Family Stay Vaca/Dance Comp.

My family of 5 really enjoyed our stay at this property. It had plenty of room for 3 kids and 2 adults. The location was perfect! On property, we enjoyed the beach and pool. The property was clean and had a warm beachy vibe.

Great location and set up

We had the perfect weekend staying here. The location was ideal and close to everything and beach and pool were so nice. The owners were very responsive and the condo was very clean and comfortable. Will be back!

Exactly what we needed!

There were so many positives about our stay! Eric was always easy to contact and responses came fast and were never short of the answer(s) I needed in that moment! The location was perfect...the view was amazing...being able to be separate from our kids because rooms were not on top of each other was great! Inside was as clean as you'd expect when staying in someone else's home. TVs in all the bedrooms was nice, but being able to all sit in the family room to watch the same thing was also nice too! It was cooler, so we didn't go out to the beach a ton, but when we did, it was nice to have the extra toys and things to use instead of having to provide our own! My only 2 knocks on the place was 1. connectivity within the property - we had great service on the balcony and outside, but even just sitting on the couch inside we had a hard time with our cellular service connecting, so that was different from other places we've stayed similar. 2. The cleaning people did not move the bottles within the shower while cleaning, so there were many long strains of black hair found (my family has natural curly or blonde hair) in the shower - nothing a quick spray or the shower head didn't fix. We would absolutely stay in this location again and are strongly considering it in a couple years with other family/friends. I've already recommended it to a few people we know that may get to travel to Myrtle Beach before we can go back and hope they have a similar/better experience than we did!

Perfect Family Vacation!

We stayed the week of 6/24-7/1/23. We are a family of 5 (kids ages 8, 6 & 3) and we travel with my husbands family of 3 every year to MB. This was our favorite spot that we have stayed at over the years! The room was beautiful, clean and very well equipped. We LOVED that the bedrooms had ceiling fans in them-something you don’t often see! The views were amazing! The resort was very nice and family friendly. Parking was easy and there was always space available. There are so many pools/water features so it never felt like it was overly crowded. Eric, the property owner, was very quick to respond to any question that we had and very easy to communicate with! HIGHLY recommend! We will definitely be back again!

Nice & affordable condo!

The condo was everything the listing stated. It was clean upon arrival, other than some sand in the floor. There was plenty of room for our group, and it was family friendly. The only complaint is not with the condo at all, but the resort itself. The pool area had several areas closed off while we were there, which was a downfall for us with two toddlers. The pool also wasn’t heated when we arrived midweek so the water was like ice, but was better the next day. Overall, the condo is great and reasonably priced!

Great location

We greatly enjoyed our stay and couldn't be happier. The kitchen had everything we needed and all the furniture was comfortable. Location was fantastic and the beach is right there. Communication with the owner was quick and easy. Sea Captain's House is great restaurant and right next door. We ate dinner one night and breakfast every day, all the dishes were outstanding and service was great.

A perfect beach vacation hosted by wonderful hosts.

Eric and Sarah are the friendliest and super responsive host we have ever had contact with. The home and the view is just perfect. If you are reading this review jus’t dont over think it and hit confirm booking. You will not regret it.

5 star room pros and cons with building

Overall really nice. Unit very clean and spacious with great ocean views spanning living room and master bedroom. Very well stocked with anything in the soap category shower hand soap laundry detergent etc. would recommend buying toilet tissue paper towels and trash bags if you’re staying for a week or taking kids. There was a water shutoff issue that cost us a day at the beach . We were not given the option to switch properties for our stay but were given a partial rebate of 100 that was lower than we requested but still appreciated that something was done. The water issue was due to the HOA and not the owners. Owners were very polite. Pool facilities were great Monday through Friday. Unfortunately on the weekends people smoked and left cigarettes and drink cups in the pool so I couldn’t really let my kids enjoy the pool until the weekdays. Weekdays the pools were fabulous. U fortunately hotel let’s people smoke at pools. All the people we met were super nice. Overall we had a great stay and would recommend especially because this building is a bit less expensive than some others close by. Again overall would definitely recommend for the price and value overall . Definitely take necessary precautions with small kids on the weekends in the pool .
