Our stay was okay. The condo is older, but it was fine. Everything worked except some outlets were unusable because they were loose. Condo was ready on time. Check in process was confusing because they tried to send us to the grand shores to check in. We thought we would be able to use the amenities at the grand shores also but we were not. Apparently they are not the same owners anymore.

Beach visit

We had a great stay and enjoyed our time here! We loved mornings on the balcony, time at the pool, and trips to the beach. Conveniently located close to groceries, dining, and the beach. The kids all loved every minute. The condo was spacious and comfortable and we had a great visit!

We arrived 2/2/2024 we had no heat in our unit. It took 3 days to rectify.then the microwave broke And was replaced with a small one on the counter. The glassware and silverware was not the best and there no glasses for wine or a wine bottle opener. We will look for a different unit in another building next year

Comfortable stay

Celebrating a 18th birthday for our daughter

We had a getaway weekend to celebrate our daughters birthday. When we got to the place easy entry to parking, check in was so easy. Once we got to the condo it was better than we thought. The space went well with 2 adults and 4 kids (age 1,9,12,17). I cooked in the kitchen and unloaded our groceries. The condo made us feel as if we were home. Beach access was 2 min walking no hassle of getting in the car and finding parking. Check out process was a breeze. Definitely looking forward to return and stay here again.

Beach vacation

It os a nice location right by the beach. The apartment is nice but the master bathroom shower is hard to turn on. The air conditioner doesn’t circulate into all of the rooms . But overall the stay was nice just read email instructions because its not a real check in.

Stay Away

This might be long, so if you skip reading the entire review, just know this. Do not stay here! Pick another place. Vacasa is unhelpful and the unit is subpar. Days 1-3 were spent trying to get someone to fix our shower. We had no water because the shower handle was broken. I called, I messaged, I emailed. I was told at one point that our unit didn't list a shower as an amenity! Ha. I was promised multiple times that the handle would be fixed that day. I specifically asked that they call before entering my room. They did not. Fine, whatever. But, the repairman who came accidentally left the spigot in the shower dripping just a bit, and the water from the showerhead hit the edge of the tub and flooded the bathroom floor. Vacasa won't let you talk to anyone local. But, a day after the shower was fixed, the local person did call me. Why? To ask if they could show the until to the new owners because the unit had just been sold and the new owners wanted to see it. Oh, and also the new owners had some repair requirements before the sale. So we'd have people coming through the place that I paid for and also several repair people. All of this is on top of: • The top blankets were GROSS. There were extra blankets in the closet that were also gross. Stains. Yuck. • The vent above the stove drips water condensation on your head and the stove top while you are cooking • The thermostat was stuck at 65 (better than being too hot, but we had littles and 65 is too cold) • stucco ceiling was

Good view of sun rise

The location is few miles north of the downtown area, thus quiet! Just few minutes to walk to the beach. The condo is at 8th floor, has the sun rise right in front of the balcony! I drove back and forth to the downtown area along the beach avenue which is very nice drive. The surrounding neighborhood is nice with lots of new renovated houses. Shopping centers are near within walking distance (2-3 blocks) One thing I don’t like of the beach is it seems that all streets sewers point straight to the beach, thus the water has many dead leaves. I am not sure if they came from the streets there, or floating along the current from the other beaches! The condo is good, but still has room for improvement! I did make a list of minor broken items when I checked in, such as broken or missing light bulbs, balcony door missing lock! But those were minor and didn’t affect my stay! Check in and out were smooth! Overall, it was my good vacation there!
