Fantastic Spring Break Getaway

Great location, very nice suite! Right on the beach, balcony view is incredible. The suite is very clean, we felt like the first people to stay there. The resort that the suite is in was also nice, although a little dated. Nice to have access to resort amenities like pool and restaurant also! Host was easy to communicate with, check in and out process was seamless!

Perfect getaway

The ocean view can’t be beat! Condo is clean, bright, and has everything you would need for a comfortable beach getaway, especially if you have a dog! Bring your own beach towels, and extra towels if you will be staying awhile. The owner is communicative and was concerned that we had everything we needed.

Clean Suite With a Beautiful View

The suite was exactly as pictured above and was very clean and modern. The view of the ocean was amazing with floor to ceiling windows. The balcony was roomy and the resort had very easy/quick access to the beach. The parking garage across the street was pretty convenient and everyone my family and I met at the resort was super friendly. The property owners were very kind and answered any and all questions we had leading up to our stay. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and we will definitely try to stay in this suite again for our next Myrtle Beach stay.

Outstanding unit in a less outstanding building

This unit was excellent. It had everything one could want and was clean. The pictures reflect what the unit is like. The unit is nicely decorated and the view is excellent. Having said this, the building containing the unit is sub par. It is not clean and has seen better days. I realize this is a dog friendly building but the stairwells and elevators smell of dog urine and feces. Example of cleanliness: the same rotting banana peels were left in the stairwell the entire time we were there. More than a week. This unit is great but I won not go back to this old tired building.

Above Unit Construction ruined our vacation.

After being grounded for over a year due to the pandemic we were looking forward to family time away from home. First time in Myrtle Beach - we were exited. The condo had a beautiful view of the ocean, the kitchen was well equipped and comfortable, but the sofa bed was hard to open/close and you could feel the springs. Unfortunately, 24 hrs into our visit we began hearing drilling noises that felt as if someone was coming through the ceiling and loud hammering. My yorkie was stressed out and so were we. We reached out to the property management who stated they were not in control of the construction of the above unit and could not do anything. We could cancel our trip and be subject to the cancellation policy fee. If they could rent the remaining days they would "consider" a refund. Who would rent a condo with that noise! Needless to say our vacation was ruined. The remaining of our trip we have to find creative ways to leave the condo w/ our dog to avoid the noise rather than enjoy the beach. For the same $$ I could have stayed in the Residence Inn by Marriott and have a better response if issues occur. Not making that mistake again.

Great stay and great location

My family and I just recently stayed at this wonderful condo and really enjoyed our stay. The condo itself was clean and perfect view of the ocean where I spent several nights sitting out in the balcony listening to the ocean. It also was nice to have a full functioning kitchen so that we didn’t have to eat out every night and save some money. We were able to take our dachshund with us too which made the stay even more enjoyable. My only complaint would be that we had to wait a very long time for the elevators each time but that’s because it was a very busy resort and the pullout couch bed was broken but the owner responded back quickly and even offered to come fix it on our stay. I would refer my family and friends to this location for a wonderful family vacation.
