Golfers Paradise

This was property was great, we lived in the screened in porch watching golfers go by. Not too far a drive from the beach, close to shopping and many restaurants. We didn't get the deal that was advertised for the Legends golf courses, but we still did receive a discount.

Weekend Dance Competition

6 of us stayed at this villa in June 2022 for our girls to attend a dance competition. Villa was SO spacious and newly renovated! Awesome leather couch and loveseat in the living room. The kitchen was stocked with so many utensils, pots/pans, etc. unlike other places I’ve stayed at in the past. Prior to arrival I contacted the owner with several questions and always received a quick reply. We arrived about an hour before check-in and didn’t have the correct code. I was able to get connected with the owner within 15-20 minutes with the help of VRBO. The owner was vey apologetic and extremely helpful in getting us into the villa. I would definitely recommend this location and villa. We had an awesome stay.

Great condo and location

Condo is very nice with large rooms. The owner was very responsive and answered any questions immediately. Location is quiet and everyone was friendly. Great views of the golf course. You can sit on the patio or screened in porch and watch the golfers play. The resort is across the highway from Tanger Outlets, so you’re very close to shopping. Lots of good restaurants nearby also. Entertainment like Broadway at the Beach and the boardwalk are only about 10 minutes away. We definitely preferred staying here over a hotel and we’ll definitely be back!

Very Nice

Well equipped and the owner is in progress of making updates and necessary repairs. Great location for golfers and shopping. Very close to 31 which allows quick trips north or south.

Good stay

We enjoyed our stay in Myrtle Beach. The beginning of the trip was a little rocky because the password to open the house was different than the one given. Also, the WiFi was not working in the beginning of the trip but it started working later that first day. Overall, the house and trip was good.

Great location great condo

Had a great stay here everything we needed for the week was great to have coffee on the patio in the mornings and watch the golfers and also to walk the premises. The pool was nice and everyone that lived or worked there was very pleasant!! It would be nice when checking in to know which condo it was we were unsure and had to try a few different doors before finding the right one. And also an unfortunate incident happened while we were there the air conditioner broke and we had to go one whole day in 90 degrees with no air but the owner got someone there as quick as he could and was up and running the next day!! Was also close to shopping and about 10-15 minutes from all attractions including beach!

Very nice 3 bedroom 1st floor condo unit on golf course

This is a very nice and clean 3 bedroom-2 bathroom 1st floor condo unit in a large golf community about a mile or two off of Route 501. The kitchen and linen closets were well-stocked. The beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms are spacious. The back of the unit had a nice screened in porch that opened directly to the golf course. There were paved paths that could be used for walking. The unit is pet friendly yet very clean. The experience was mostly positive. There was a significant delay in the check-in process, but once the correct entry door to the unit and the lock box code were clarified, the remainder of the trip was very nice. The washer and dryer are an added convenience. The dryer makes a loud squeaking sound as it spins and requires more than one cycle to dry a medium load, so I'd recommend running it during the day. The washer works fine. Overall, the unit is very nice, clean and convenient, and I would recommend it to others.

Great place. Highly recommend!

Was very happy with this rental. Would stay again. The property is located in a beautifully landscaped and designed golf resort, located about 10-15 minutes from any kind of shopping or restaurants you could want to visit. Quick access to the beach and everything Myrtle beach has to offer. The house was as described. It was spacious and functional. Felt very clean. Loved sitting on the patio watching the golfers. Was able to maintain good contact with the owner. Any questions I had were quickly answered. Would highly recommend!

Relaxing Vacation Condo

Awesome Place

This condo was perfect for our weekend getaway. It is in a great location with access to multiple stores and restaurants. It is also a quick drive to the beach area. The view of the golf course from ther livingroom is beautiful! Tim was extremely helpful and responded very quickly. I highly recommend this condo! I will definitely stay here again.
