I am not able to say how the stay was in this specific unit due to I was unable to stay in that specific condo due to water damage. The host Patrica was absolutely wonderful. She contacted me the Wednesday before my stay to inform me of what happened and she arranged for me to get a unit one floor lower. Had the new itinerary sent to me and she covered all extra cost. There were me beach chairs included with the unit she reserved for me when we arrived she actually met up with me and allowed me to use the ones from her unit the entire week so I would not have to rent or buy my own. Truly an exceptional host will be going with her again next year. The unit we were in was a 3 bed 3 bath unit and it was very nice. The beds were not the best but also not the worse I’ve slept on. The small couch was comfortable but the couch with the pull out sleeper sofa was extremely uncomfortable to sit on. The views were amazing from the large deck where we did see a group of dolphins jumping from the water in front of our duplex, excellent to watch. Parking was extremely tight with a 6 floor garage had to be very careful when going around all corners and only had so many stalls for larger vehicles like mine but we made that work. Location is central about 17 min to barefoot landing and 19 to broadway at the beach. Spring maid pier is up the beach could walk to it Duplex had indoor and outdoor pools hot tubs and lazy river that was kept clean and plenty of room. Will be staying again.
