Best Place!!

This was an amazing place to stay in Myrtle Beach. Not in the middle of all the crowds by Boardwalk, Family Kingdom but only a 3 min drive. The condo was absolutely perfect for 6 adults and 3 teens (15 and 16). The hostess is communicates well and so kind. Definitely will stay again and HIGHLY recommend!!!

Beach vacation 2024

Our condo was very clean. The pictures are accurate. It was very nice and comfortable, and the views were great. The balcony was big, and it had nice furniture on it. We had a great time. We enjoyed the beach and the pools. Great family fun vacation! We would definitely book this condo again.

1st trip to Myrtle Beach

The condo was spacious, had everything you needed in the kitchen (even though I don't cook on vacation) and I highly recommend getting three bathrooms - it was a game changer! The view is amazing and you can see the waves roll in, in the dark. Having Scooby's in the building was very convenient and the gym is on the same floor. The garage parking was a little tight, but didn't have to worry about walking outside to get to the room. The beds...best sleep I have had! The mattresses were so soft, I had to ask where they got them. The owner was quick to respond with any questions I had. We would stay here again!

Fun stay in the perfect condo for our family of 6!

Owner was a breeze to work with! Check-in & parking were super easy. The condo was spotless. Some of our favorite plusses: Each family had their own bathroom, huge balcony with plenty of seating, plenty of bath towels, so nice that we had beach chairs, umbrellas, a cooler & sand toys. Our grandson was excited to pick which toys he'd bring to the beach each day. Location convenient to much in the area. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks for providing us with a great home base for our vacation!

Family 4th of July 2023

The Condo was smaller than photos appear, but it worked well for our family of 6 adults and 4 children 2 and under. Convenient access to everything. Beach was great! Owner provided quality beach chairs and umbrellas. We also rented a 2 chair1 umbrella set so that we had direct front row on the beach. I like to keep a clean home, would have liked to have a swiffer wet or better mop option.

This was a beautiful place to stay. Everything we needed was provided.

The only problem was the couch. I am 71, my husband 77 and my sister 85. We COULD NOT SIT on the couch. It went right down to the woodwwood.

October vacation

Our experience at the Grand Atlantic was great! The pools were nice and big and I loved that they were heated. The elevators were spacious and fast. The unit was exactly as described and well stocked. I was thrilled with the beach chairs and umbrellas that were provided. The beds were comfortable. The living room furniture was a bit worn and not super comfortable but it was acceptable. I was grateful for the smart Tv. Really my only compliant is that the parking garage is tight!!

I am not able to say how the stay was in this specific unit due to I was unable to stay in that specific condo due to water damage. The host Patrica was absolutely wonderful. She contacted me the Wednesday before my stay to inform me of what happened and she arranged for me to get a unit one floor lower. Had the new itinerary sent to me and she covered all extra cost. There were me beach chairs included with the unit she reserved for me when we arrived she actually met up with me and allowed me to use the ones from her unit the entire week so I would not have to rent or buy my own. Truly an exceptional host will be going with her again next year. The unit we were in was a 3 bed 3 bath unit and it was very nice. The beds were not the best but also not the worse I’ve slept on. The small couch was comfortable but the couch with the pull out sleeper sofa was extremely uncomfortable to sit on. The views were amazing from the large deck where we did see a group of dolphins jumping from the water in front of our duplex, excellent to watch. Parking was extremely tight with a 6 floor garage had to be very careful when going around all corners and only had so many stalls for larger vehicles like mine but we made that work. Location is central about 17 min to barefoot landing and 19 to broadway at the beach. Spring maid pier is up the beach could walk to it Duplex had indoor and outdoor pools hot tubs and lazy river that was kept clean and plenty of room. Will be staying again.

Labor Day family vacation

A total of 5 adults and 5 children age ranging from 18 months to 13 years old just stayed at this condo. The owner is pushy and almost rude at times during communication. None of the pools are heated. The pools are always full of sand and cloudy. The pools next door are always clean and crystal blue. We stayed august 26-sept 2. Hurricane Idalia rolled through and never heard anything from the owner. The condo it’s self is disgusting. The white furry footstool is almost black. My sons feet were black from walking around the condo bare foot. The couch is so worn down that not only is it hard to get out of it’s uncomfortable to begin with. The bed is hard as a rock. The furniture needs updating. The only thing we liked about this condo was the location, checking in was super easy and the workers at Scooby’s.

Prefect location

Place was great for our family vacation. So much to do right round the condo. Scooby’s was the best. Condo was really nice, loved all the beach gear. Property itself could be cleaner, but not a deal breaker. We are looking forward to going back back next year.

GREAT home away from home.

The unit was very clean, modern an equipped with everything you will need to make your stay easy and enjoyable. We have stayed in other units but we would rate this as an A+++ vacation spot.

Beautiful & clean!

This place was beautiful and clean. Very well decorated. Really great views. The floor we were on was not to high and not to low. Big balcony. Had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook. Very spacious! It was only four of us but sleeps up to ten. The owner was very easy to contact. We had no problems at all. This is our new favorite place!! Definitely staying again.!!

Beach front property

This unit was nicely furnished and had a deck overlooking the ocean. My favorite amenity was the fitness center. The property manager, Dennis, was so nice, and responded immediately to my questions via email. The unit keys were mailed to me before my trip which was very convenient. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Gorgeous beach condo!

What a beautiful condo with a phenomenal view of the ocean! The condo was clean with light and cheerful decorations. All the appliances worked with no issue. There was convenient parking. The gym was clean with working equipment. Kids Loved the pool (both inside and out), hot tub and the lazy indoor river was a huge hit! There was no strange odors - which is something that I tend to focus on upon entering and have had to deal w in the past at other condos. The condo sleeps 10. We were very comfortable w 2 families and 4 kids. Beds were clean and comfortable with plenty of pillows and blankets. Bathrooms were spacious and clean with plenty of towels! Washer and dryer worked beautifully! To top it off, the view was spectacular out one of the master bedroom and family living. I could cook and look at the ocean - breath taking! Very happy w this condo! I would highly recommend it and will certainly go back!
