It was a good location

The room needs updates, one of the beds was broken, the paint was peeling/chipping, one of the balcony doors was very hard to open. I asked for beach view and got entrance parking lot with some beach view. I didn't think it was worth the money it cost to stay there. Was very expensive.

The location was very quiet and safe. I would recommend if traveling with family or a big group. It was very easy to communicate with the property manager and very responsive! I would come back again!

Very disappointed

Property was nasty dirty. Holes in walls outdoor furniture broken, mattresses broken down bugs(roaches). I could go on and on will NEVER book again. The manager of property was very helpful the owner not so much

Roaches

We noticed multiple issues when we arrived with the room. Pictures do not show the paint peeling, missing door for the washer and dryer, and balcony door knob being broken. Not to mention that the furniture on the deck being broken. We said we can deal with all of that we mopped the floors twice and said we can make do. When we went to get in bed on the first night all of the sheets had sand all over them so we washed all of the bedding. We made do until the night before last when we found multiple roaches. Baby roaches all the way up to huge roaches. We we contacted them to tell them they said that they spray but they are a problem and offered to spray while we were there. We were utterly disappointed and shocked that they were that ok with roaches but by all of the different sizes that we saw it doesn’t seem as if they have ever sprayed for them or took any steps to prevent them. Do not recommend.

Disappointing Days in the Sun

In Myrtle Beach for a week with Girlfriends. Pictures of the condo we're fairly accurate. Could not see the condition of the master bath, walls & furniture. We were welcomed by roaches in the kitchen and one bedroom.No one responded to our request for service. A chair in LR was dirty & needed cleaning. MB bathroom was very small & in need of repairs. Had to close the door to open the drawers of the vanity. The biggest problem is how dirty the tile floors were throughout. When I called the customer service manager, she told me the floors should have been steam cleaned. Housekeeping dropped off clean linens we had requested because some beds had been slept in but no one took care of the flooring or roaches. Upon arrival, I went into the master BR to unpack and removed my shoes. When I later put my shoes back, the bottom of my feet were black! The other guests experienced the same problem. Needless to say, we had to wear socks or shoes inside the unit since no one came to take care of the floors. The other issue,which is not the owners fault,was the condition of the Trash Room on our floor. The stench was awful and gnats or some other bug was flying around. Went to another floor and it was the same. In closing, we enjoyed the beach, activities, shopping, choice of restaurants and being with great friends. But the memories we made are diminished by the condition of the condo.

A pleasant way to spend the month of February. Condo was clean,comfortable and spacious. The only downside was the need for a short outdoor walk to the main building to use the pool and hot tubs (not a problem in warm weather).
