It looked like a murder scene! there was blood on the beds. Sheets weren't changed just made up. We found body hair in the beds. Dust everywhere the place hadn't had a proper cleaning in months every surfacewas filthy. We called the host who sent out the cleaning crew. They came out and changed the sheets and wiped down the microwave then left. We asked the cleaning supervisor was this a normal practice and she said "this isn't a hotel we just do the bare minimum. In the listing it showed 3 king size beds, 2 twin size, and 7 queen size beds when we got there all of the queen size beds were actually full size beds. The only reason we stayed there was moving 20 people to another location would have been a nightmare! When we checked out we showed the rental company the pictures and asked if this was somewhere they would have stayed with their family, they quickly replied NO! And that the property was actually scheduled to be sold so that was probably the reason for the lack of attention given to the cleaning.They also said they would try to get us part of our money back. We have called 3 times only to hear excuses. I wouldn't rent from these people ever again!

Family reunion

Could be 5 star with a little necessary and routine maintenance and repair. Kitchen dishes and silverware were the highlight of the kitchen. Cookware left a lot to be desired. Cabinets needed a lot of work. The top right island drawer would not stay together no matter how carefully you used it. Both ice makers were non functioning. The house was nice and mostly clean except trash under a couple of the beds. Sliding glass doors were not very usable needed repair would not close. Heater in jacuzzi needs repair. But overall with a little TLC and a few repairs it could be very nice. The towels were nice but not enough for a 4 night stay. We’ve stayed at a lot of vrbo type rentals and have personally owned them and we’ve never stayed at one that the spices and a few cooking basics were not left by former guests I guess they must be removed by cleaning staff. And lastly don’t get there without a trip to grocery store first if you didn’t bring it you will need soap,shampoo, tp, paper towels and all basics. They are not lying when they say enough to get you started.

Maintenance

Walls were scuffed everywhere Kitchen cabinets were falling apart. The handrails to the other floors were dirty and light switch covers were dirty Pillows were stained. Cable did not work in half the rooms. Couch in living room is stained (we had to cover it) mold in sprayer in kitchen

Choose a different place, not what they advertized

The management people are very nice, but we showed up with a large family group to this 8 bedroom 7 bathroom unit that we had booked a couple of months before. (They graciously let us change the date due to a serious medical incident). They told us there was a new owner, and they had to wait for responses to their calls to resolve the issues. There was no wi-fi even set up, which meant the TVs didn't work. There was not even an extra garbage bag to use, we had to go out and spend close to 400 the first day just getting things like toilet paper, paper towels, dish washing soap, etc. There were extra pillows in the closet, but no pillow cases; so we had to buy pillow cases! One of the bathrooms didn't even have a toilet paper roll, and there wasn't an extra roll in the house. When we have booked vacation rentals in the past, we've had all of the necessities to take care of the house provided. There were no cleaning supplies at all, and not even basics like salt and pepper. We had to have the repair guy come the first day, he fixed 4 or 5 things, but there were many more we could have requested.We've stayed in vacation rentals all over the world, but never have had an experience quite like this one.

Family vacation summer 2024

Location was great right on beach. But not sure the description of "stuninng" is accurate for the condo itself, but it was nice enough. Condo coud use some updating and TLC.. A couple of drawers in kitchen were broken, the dishwasher starting leaking when we used it but mgmt company was able to get someone out to fix it next day. Mgmt company was great when responding, size of condo was great; but, building could use some upgrading, pool and hot tub were dirty, grills are their last legs..

Great location to the beach, the villa was a very good size for large groups of people. The parking was extremely tight. I only gave it a three stars because most of the mattresses were dirty and stained the boxsprings were dirty and stained as well, and we had one comforter that was stained with blood the bedding was so old it would not stay on the mattresses. furniture, my guess have never been cleaned, the dining room table chairs We were afraid to set on some of them because they were falling apart. when we first got there, the pool was disgusting. There was a feminine products floating in the pool that was on Saturday it took you till Monday before someone came to clean it after we called.The pool is old and outdated and small.

4th Family Reunion @ MB

The unit was clean and as it was described online. We were contacted by management to see if we wanted to check out early to avoid the 8/30/2023 Idalia storm. We declined and enjoyed going through as a family.

Family Fun

The checkin process was super quick and convenient, and the property was spectacular! We had no complaints about the property. We have one family member in a wheelchair and the property was easily accessible for him, with lots of room to maneuver inside. Easy access to the beach for everyone, and all the amenities we needed.

Great stay!

We feel everything about the listing was accurate! The only issue we had was parking but we knew that prior to booking. There is a parking lot across the street that you can pay for daily parking. We enjoyed having beach access! We will stay here again!

Family Time

This place was everything it said. We had 4 families stay and there was plenty of room. Loved the easy access to the beach and enjoyed our time in the pool and hot tub. We made use of the grill provided for a couple of meals. We all enjoyed the easy walk to shopping bars and restaurants.

North Myrtle Beach Vacation

The villa was spacious however a lot of steps to climb. Right on the beach and easy access to the ocean. Parking was very tight. The villa could use some care and updates however we enjoyed being together as a family and staying with each other. We would consider staying again as a family.

Great location and beach access

The property was in a great location situated for easy beach access. There was plenty of sleeping room and eating room. We thought the indoor den area wouldn't be enough, but it worked out fine for the number of people that were in the house at one time. Only four parking spaces was not great for the number of people that the condo would hold, but we made it work. There were a few minor items, like the drawer front panel pulling off and the clothes drier not turning drying well and not turning off.

Great time!

This was a nice property for a large family vacation! The beach was beautiful! We really needed additional parking…that’s the only issue as there are no affordable places to park near by. We had HVAC issues and property management was very responsive. The issue was fixed quickly.

Church Women Together

The property is beautiful. Size was just right for our group. Very close to the beach. We did not find the sauna while we were there. The only minor episode was the shower curtain bar spring was broken in one bathroom and kept falling down on one lady ( this work order was called in). Thank you for allowing use to rent from you.
