Great for Golfers and Beach lovers

Mr. Bugs House is a delightful, lovely home. The kitchen is well stocked and linens were plentiful. A fabulous deck with many rocking chairs and a great outdoor table for 8. Our entire group of four couples loved it.

Great stay on a peaceful beach

Mr. Bugs' house was the perfect place for me and my group to enjoy a long weekend on the beach. There was plenty of room for all, and the views were breathtaking. Would definitely rent again.

Best Christmas EVER!!!

Beautiful view, awesome beach access, quiet location for the holiday. We had a fabulous week and would LOVE to come back. Rental agency was very responsive and resolved a couple easy issues very nicely. THANK YOU!

Great location, perfect layout for large group

Excellent communication from property manager(s); very responsive with keyless entry issues. Very comfortable home. Loved the layout and well stocked kitchen. Someone from the management company needs to inspect the home. Dim lights in stairway upon entry from garage are dangerous. It was extremely difficult to see the keypad. House needs a very deep clean. One dishwasher was not operable. One kitchen drawer was broken and off it’s tracks. Refrigerator door was sticky and countertops were dirty upon check-in. These are easy things for management to audit periodically. We immediately reported the dishwasher and kitchen drawer to management. Again they were very responsive.

Absolutely P E R F E C T!

There aren’t enough “stars” to give this house! The location is ideal (can’t get closer to the beach and all necessities are within a 10 min drive), the furnishings are fabulous (beds comfy-kitchen well stocked-ample seating for lounging as well as dining); and the layout is simply perfect for a wonderful vacation (when asked for “your fav thing” one of our sons cited that having the one big space + porch kept all 14 of us all together but never crowded). And to top it off - our every question was answered promptly and pleasantly. WE WILL BE BACK! Thanks for a wonderful week!

The Perfect Beach House

Mr. Bug's house is so well designed - with laundry on second and third floors close to bedrooms, 2 dishwashers, and a well equipped kitchen. The surf fishing out front kept us in pompano and other delicious fish - and an exciting catch of a stingray.... Swimming and beach play were wonderful - lots of beach stuff in the first floor closet. Lots of stairs - with kitchen on the upper level will challenge those with limited mobility but keep the rest in shape. There is an elevator but a notice that it is not for guest use coupled with instructions on its use left us confused. Except for the stairs, an effortless three generation family vacation.

The Oceanfront Home Away From Home

We had a wonderful reunion of friends, who came from all over the country, at Mr. Bug’s. The open concept living room and kitchen, even the porch, is so accommodating for larger groups and fosters fellowship. The linens and towels were all clean and aplenty upon arrival (extra pillows and linens in the closet). TVs upstairs and downstairs allowed us all to watch the Champions League finals and Game 7 of the NBA playoffs together at night, but by day we were all out enjoying a beautiful, clean beach! Don’t worry about getting too much sand in the house, because you can wash the sand off your feet with a little shower hose on the porch. There’s an outside shower as well. Mr Bug’s is definitely a place to reconnect with old friends, enjoy time with family, and find some R&R for yourself. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent venue for a family reunion!

We had 18 people gathered for a week-long family reunion, and were very happy with the accommodations at Mr. Bug's House. Beds were comfortable, and we appreciated that each bedroom has its own bathroom. Kitchen was well equipped, and the large dining table accommodated most (the rest happily used the picnic table on the nearby deck). The deck itself is very nice - being right on the beach was awesome. Not too crowded, even for a week in July. Beach walking is great - there is a state park which is less than a mile beach walk north of the house. Ample parking, and close to many grocery stores and restaurants. Staff was very responsive to the few requests/questions we had. We would definitely consider for a future family trip.

An ALL AROUND FANTASTIC Beach Front Rental Experience!

For six years now I've rented beach front housing in the same general area with a large group (16) of my closest friends. We all agreed this was the best all around house to date! Plenty of parking, beautiful home, nicely decorated & furnished, spacious rooms/baths, large modern kitchen, open floor plan, large quiet section of beach, etc. The house had everything we needed for a large group, there were NO ISSUES with anything, and DeBordieu Rentals was hands down the easiest company I've had dealings with so far. No unexpected fees, no Linen Packages, no print this and fax that, no keys to pick up and return. Everything we needed was included in one price and the paperwork was done online with DocuSign. They made the entire process very easy, from booking, to arrival, to departure. We had a great weekend and I look forward to booking the same house next year!
