Great place to stay with friends while playing golf in the world amateur golf tournament. Very close to the beach and this place had three pools to keep the wives happy while the guys played golf.

Very nice, wonderful view, well appointed. Plenty of beach stuff and a push wagon to take out to the beach. Parking right by the door. The only thing i didn't like was you had to smoke in the parking garage which is more enclosed than the balconies. But i understand because people can be rude and throw butts off balcony. I always come prepared with an ash tray for the balcony. Lol We had some epic tides because of hurricane Erin. Over all wonderful experience

Amazing views, great property and location!

If I could rate George and Rose’s property more than five stars I would! My family of 7 (including 3 teenagers and 2 pre-teens) had a wonderful week in early August. The property was clean, spacious and nicely organized. We felt we had everything we needed for the full week. The location is PERFECT! Parking just outside the entrance to right into the condo was nice. We loved that we weren’t in the hustle of the boardwalk area but could get there in less than 10 minutes if we wanted a night out. We would definitely stay at their lovely condo again if we return to the area. No complaints whatsoever. We saw the sunrise, chased the sunset, spotted dolphins (twice) and enjoyed a quick summer thunderstorm roll in all from the balcony. We loved Scoobys and the new pools and hot tubs were never crowded and always welcoming! Loved our stay.

Close to everything

The condo was nice, loved that the parking was so close to the room, didn't have to use the elevator. Also, having Scooby's on the property was nice if you need a snack or drink. The condo is a good size and it was clean. The only negatives for me was the bed was too firm, unfortunately didn't sleep well. And the lack of supplies. I'm use to leaving stuff that we don't use behind for the next people and visa versa. So you'll have to buy everything you might need. Other than that, I would recommend it

Overall a very nice place. Very convenient location for what we were there for. Love waking up to the view of the beach every morning. Unfortunately during our time there they were in the middle of rebuilding the pool area cause im not really a open water person. But it was a nice place.

Great location but miserable experience

Pros: Unit is large and clean. Owners are responsive and accommodated our early check in request. Cons: outdoor pool and ALL outdoor space is torn up and under construction. Construction work is also quite loud and starts early in the morning. There is no place to go sit outside other than the 5th floor balcony of the unit. We are not indoor people and this totally ruined the experience for us. Owner says the info is posted on the site but this may have been just added and is waaay down at end of listing and very much downplayed. In 5 other places in the listing it says there is an outdoor pool. Also kitchen has nice clean dishes and glasses but no dish soap. Only 2 packets of dishwasher powder. How do we wash the glasses? Run the dishwasher with 6 glasses in it? Really a simple fix. Also no basic kitchen items like salt and pepper or napkins, paper towels. There was one box of tissues for 3 bathrooms. All kinda chintzy. Furniture is quite dated and living room couch is truly atrocious. So basically we got by in this unit but it was definitely a learning experience for future bookings.

Nice family getaway at the heach

Great location, accurate listing, very roomy and comfortable. Loved relaxing on the balcony enjoying stunning oceanfront views all day long. If you plan on cooking bring spices and essentials as there’s none in the kitchen. Also beware the smoking alarm is ultra sensitive. We had to keep all doors open and fans going while using the stove or the oven. We appreciated the beach chairs, wagon and umbrella. Being able to walk to the apartment from the garage was so convenient. All in all we loved it and will stay again .

Myrtle Beach Golf Trip

Condo was in a great location on the beach. Balcony was large and comfortable with chairs. Beach chairs were available in the condo for use. Condo was just as advertised. We will rent the unit again on our next gold trip to Myrtle Beach

Super clean, except for the rain it was a very good trip. I would like to come back to the same location again. Only thing bad was the weather and the parking garage. They have mirrors up but I guess people don't use them
