The perfect couples getaway

We loved our stay and the entire process. The room had a perfect oceanfront view and was exactly as pictured. It was a beautiful family resort area and easy direct access to the beach. The parking garage was tight for trucks and SUVs but manageable and very convenient to the condo. We look forward to staying here again.

Our rooms location and view was great. However after a full day traveling via plane to arrive and not even have the bed made, walk on the floor barefoot and have black feet, no toilet paper none. I would think you could provide a little to use til we could get to the store. The building is dated and pretty gross with such a dark hallway you can’t see keypad well. Have to use your phone as a light. We loved view of the ocean but right by the pool is very noisy at night when you want to sleep. Though I received an email regarding this, I never dreamed there wouldn’t be samples to get us thru a day. Not sure what house cleaning fee is for because you are required to do most of it. Bath tub and toiled were clean just the floor was dirty. Keypad quit working and locked us out of our room for an hour….. too bad do sad attitude. The guy from maintenance was a jewel though. I would not book here ever again and am telling my friends to stay away from this complex. In spite of those things the location was perfect and we loved Myrtle beach. The beach is beautiful!

Refreshing Stay!

The place was just as it looked in photos. It was nice to be a little bit away from some of the hustle & bustle but still close enough to everything. I would recommend renting a car. The sunrises were beautiful & this was a perfect place for my husband & I to reset.

Visite de Myrtle Beach

Très beau condo ! Les images reflétaient la réalité. Le lit était très confortable et en plus avec vue sur la mer. C’était tout petit, mais il ne manquait rien. C’etait parfait pour nous pour un séjour de 4 nuits. Nous y retournerions n’importe quand !

Owner Friendly

After 10 hours of driving, it is somewhat inconvenient to have to unwrap towels, sheets etc. as well as make one's own bed. Having owned a gulf front VRBO property I understand some of the challenges of an owner. However, maintenance needs to install a new towel rack over the toilet as the current one was repaired with a '"lick and a promise" and fell onto the floor after the first use. Making the mistake of forgetting slippers, my white socks were black on the soles as the floor, although appearing clean, needs to be mopped using clean water. I will hesitate to use condos that are managed by this company in the future. It is not user friendly.

Yearly getaway

The unit was clean and ready for us when we got there. The property was pretty centrally located, with fairly short drves to get anywhere and the beach was right out the back door. There is a small waterpark but it is only accessible if you book thru the resort directly. My only other issue is the fact that my refundable deposit was not returned due to damage to the refrigerator. I did not inspect the inside of the fridge for damage and did not notice anything while we were there. Afterwards, I received notification that there was damage and I was now responsible for it. I dopossible.

Mistake

The condo was comfortable and clean. The bed was also very comfortable. The actual property itself was awful! Praying to get a parking spot in the parking garage each night after dinner, hoping the elevator would get to us so we wouldn’t have to climb stairs, carefully walking in the lobby from the constant wet floor and having to see the filthy rug outside the condo door was just too much to bear. Sand Dunes resort is not for us.

There is so many positives to say about this stay. We are definitely thinking about booking the same place next year. Stay a bit longer.. everything was a few minutes drive to 30 minutes which was wonderful. The room was clean and everything we were looking for..
