The house was great, my only complaint would be to take the carpet up in living room on second level. It was a lot of gnats flying around. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Save your money!

Staying at this property was a complete nightmare. One of my guests was severely bitten by bugs of some kind while sleeping on the second floor. There were black dead bugs on the mattress (shown in the picture) and alive black bugs flying around the second floor. When I reported the issue, the property manager lied about sending someone to treat the problem—no one ever came. After a so-called “48-hour investigation,” their idea of compensation was refunding half of the cleaning fee. That’s it. Nothing for the health risk, discomfort, or ruined trip. Absolutely unacceptable and disgracefully unprofessional.To make matters worse, there’s a horrible odor coming from the blue couch upstairs that makes the entire second floor unbearable. One of my guest took a nap on it accident and woke up with bites on him. The furniture is filthy, and the home is outdated and poorly maintained. Nothing about this property matches the listing photos or description.Avoid this place at all costs. It’s unsanitary, mismanaged, and clearly not fit to host anyone. Save your money and your peace of mind—book somewhere else.

Family Vacay for 19

Family vacay was a success! Ages 70 to 4 months. Tons of room and tons of fun. Short walk to beach. Bring more towels if you don’t won’t to wash. 8 bathrooms with just 2 towels in each one. Not luxurious but everything g we needed.

Good for a Group of Bros

The house is north of the tourist area by a good 15-20 mins. However there is still plenty of attractions nearby for food and fun. We we doing a golf trip with 12 total ppl. The location was perfect for us. There is a beach 1/2 block away with easy access. and a few restaurants right off the beach. We loved how many different bedrooms and bathrooms were available.Cons: sheets/pillows are subpar; scratchy and flat.The hot water is non existent. IF youre okay with lukewarm showers at best then no problem. How to get into the property is not specified. You need to enter through a parking lot on 75th or an unmarked alley between 75th and 76th. The pool area could use a power wash.

Family Vacay

Overall the villa was very nice. However it needs up dating. The toilet handles were broken, the hot water never heated up and the property management kept promising to contact me to fix it and never contacted me. Sonwas a little disappointed in the service.

Disappointed

My review would have been more positive if we weren’t dealing with an infestation of gnats or flying ants, the floors were cleaner, the dishwasher that had a sign that it been broken since Oct 29th(and still wasn’t fixed) and parking was adequate for a place that can have 21 guests.

Not very clean

Was very disappointed to arrive and see the state of this rental. Floors were dirty and sticky. Several dishes in cabinets were put back dirty, one cup with moldy cereal. Crockpot was dirty. Crumbs in the couch and tables. Rings on nightstand tables. Bugs in drawers. Several things didn’t work. Let me list them: Elevator, dishwasher, washing machine, remotes, several TVs, oven light. Called management and said they would send someone out, never came. Nice rental but very, very, very poorly kept.

Nice Area, Lots of Room, Needs TLC

The pictures are deceiving, very run down and in poor repair. Needs more kitchen supplies, the stove only works some of the time. Everything needs maintenance…toilets run all the time, toilets paper holders and towel holders not attached to the walls. Dryer blows in laundry room making it very humid and washer sounds like it maybe coming down the stairs. Also lots of stairs…2 sets to get to the lowest level. Stair hand rails loose or not existing. No hot tub like shown in the pics and very dirty around the pool area.

Memorial Day Weekend

I was soooo looking forward to this vacation. Upon arrival the property was not clean. The air on the 2nd and 3rd levels didn't work. only the bottom floor had AC. Once we called the contact number; we were told the unit was out of service. OOOHHH BOY! and they could give us a 4 bedroom as a counter offer. From 8 bd rooms to 4 bdrms.. NO WAY. Solution was to give a discount and we could stay. They sent new bedding and towels. Needless to say we made it work and we had a blast despite the NO AC and the unit not be serviced. FYI- there are plates and bowls and silverwear galore. Very VERY limited on cooking pots and matching tops. But I travel with my own soo we definitely travel with my own pots and pans. This will be a super rental if they get all the things fixed
