The place was just as described. Michele was available when I had a couple of questions. I loved the location of the condo and the indoor pool and the hot tubs were perfect for a January stay. I will definitely be back to Serenity by the Sea!

The views from this room are EXCELLENT! The rooms were nice and clean. Looks exactly like the pictures, no surprises. The beds were comfortable. I made Thanksgiving dinner in the kitchen with plenty of space and dishes. It was very peaceful and felt secure. Close to the boardwalk.

Great view towards the ocean and down the coast. The owner was immediately responsive for questions. The elevators in the building worked great. There were many great restaurants/treat shops nearby and several local attractions were very close also. Though we were close to airport, heard no air traffic noise. Thanks for hosting us!

Great Views

This was a great place to stay. Perfectly located in the center of everything Myrtle Beach. 5 minutes to Boardwalk in the Beach. 20 minutes to Barefoot Landing, 3 minutes to the Sky Wheel. You can see the sunrise from the balcony. I only gave 4 stars to accuracy of listing because the 3rd bedroom is smaller than it appears. Otherwise everything is exactly as described. Plenty of games and puzzles for downtime inside. Everything you need for the beach. We were 6, all 16 and above, and had plenty of room. Michele is very helpful and answers emails much faster than expected. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

The condo is what it is. Perfectly serviceable for a small family. It had everything we needed. A few drawbacks- everything felt damp all the time. Socks didn’t cut it - they would get wet. So bring slippers. Upholstery too. And be prepared- the small kids room is basically a closet - you have to close the door to access the full room. We didn't need the space so it was fine for just sleeping. I knew the condo was small, but be aware it's "can't open the dishwasher and the cabinet where the detergent is at the same time" small. It's a trick loading the dishwasher while leaning over the dishwasher door to reach the sink. The dryer only works ok of you use time dry and high heat. I have no complaints about the hosts - we had no problems and no reason to contact them. But the stressing of the rules about sand, sitting on the furniture, not eating in the living room just gives the feeling like you can't relax. And for all the mentions of the hair ties for the towels, I didn’t see a single one, not that they were needed. It just felt like a lots of rules compared to all the other vrbos I've rented. Oh, and the hairdryer is one of those snub nose things you find in a hotel so if you need a real one, bring your own (the whole place has a motel vibe - including the lighting). Overall just fine.

Clean, Excellent Communication and Lots of Extras

The owner goes above and beyond in every way. The condo is packed with lots of extras-toiletries, hair dryer, washer/dryer, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, lots of pots, pans, dishes, utensils, towels, beach towels and washcloths. The owner is very easy to contact, responds immediately to text messages and is very kind and cordial. It is a three bedroom, two bath compact condo, but for a small family or short 3-4 day weekend, it is big enough. The elevator is fast and delivers you to just outside the condo door. The condo is quiet and we were not bothered by any noise from the neighbors. Right now, the only drawbacks are the work being done on the pier that is located a few hundred feet to the right (reason for 4 stars) and the lack of parking right at the condo building. However, there is a parking deck just across the street in front of The Palms that provides more parking. The location of The Palms is very convenient to anything you may need.
