I have stayed in this specific unit many times over the years. The coffee machine which seems to be the same one for many years was filthy and had palmetto bugs crawling around inside it (a new one was brought out). There were some rips in the back patio screens which caused an abnormal amount of bugs making it unbearable to sit out there at times. Found food on the floor in the bedroom and under the bed. Biggest issue is that the thermostat is locked and set to a certain temp. That is a right of the owner but is deceiving when you’re not told at booking but only when you receive the itinerary as everyone has different levels of comfortability. You have to understand that you don’t get resort type of amenities which is fine but for the price of this unit and cleaning fees, a little more is expected in the cleanliness dept. Overall a decent place that could use updating though. Doesn’t seem to have been updated since a few owners ago with same furniture, utensils, dishes etc.
