Exactly what we were looking for! Beautiful view and just steps from the beach! The kitchenette was perfect making breakfast every morning. Check in/out process is seamless.

First time Vrbo user here. The experience and host/owner, Angie, were wonderful-NO hidden or extra fees. Angie walked me through and answered all my questions before, during and after, including dining recommendations. The location from view of the beach to proximity of elevators, dining (both in-house and out) and Starbucks was excellent. I would reccommend this host and would stay with her again maybe checking out one of her other seven units. Oh, and I met the loveliest, friendliest families sitting at the pool-Very family, friendly atmosphere.

Great Stay

This property was just as described. Very clean and super convenient to the beach, which was just downstairs and a few steps away! Cozy place. Had pretty much everything you’d need for a nice beach stay.

Relax at the beach

Property is exactly as described. Apartment has everything you need from kitchen appliances to soft towels and a spacious fridge/freezer. Clean and in good condition. Not on the main drag which is a huge plus, not as busy or packed with tourists. Main attractions are about 20-30 minutes away. The resort has great pools and the restaurant on site was pretty good. I would recommend to friends and family looking for a place to relax at the beach.

Unit is well placed for beachfront views and access. Well stocked with anything needed. Only concern was the flat bedsheet was badly stained in many places so we slept on top of the extra blankets found in the drawers to avoid contact with the sheets. We visited during Mothers Day and unfortunately the facility adjusted dining options from menu to buffet that was set up right by the doors to the pool. Parents were not overseeing the kids handling of the food and guests were not provided with non-buffet options. I’m sure during non-holidays, the menu option is available and would be preferable.

Great place to vacation.

First time in Myrtle Beach and it was a very good one. The condo was in an area that is a little less congested. Which was good for us. Plenty of places to eat and shop. The condo was true to description. Very comfortable and clean. The bed was on the high side with a very soft pillow type mattress. I had no problem with that, my husband, who is somewhat disabled did. But, we managed. Thank you Angie for your detailed instructions and your speedy responses to my texts.

Awesome Experience

Condo was beautiful. Very clean, nicely decorated. Right on the beach and beautiful view from balcony. Owner Angie Gowen supplies all the comforts of home, from soaps, dishes, utensils, etc to an amazingly comfortable king bed. I really appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella and cooler for the beach and so much more. I was really impressed! I will stay in Angie’s condos again.

Fantastic Getaway

My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights in mid-July. Overall was a great stay. Pros: Oceanfront, 5th Floor, condo was very clean. Angie communicated with us throughout the check-in and check-out process. Kitchen area would have been adequate for a long stay, although we only used the fridge which was a full size and perfect for groceries and drinks during the stay. Location is at the resort, very near shopping, restaurants, etc. There is a restaurant on site and a pizza place, but didn’t use them or the pool/lazy river. Room was very quiet considering you are in a family resort. Good to Knows: This condo is in a resort, so yes, it is busy with kids and families. This condo is directly over the pool, which operates until about 11pm. HOWEVER, the sliding glass door to the balcony is fairly thick and the pool noise was fairly muted. Pool is small and very crowded, but the point of taking this condo is the access to the VAST salt water pool know as the Atlantic Ocean only 50 yards away. Parking garage is very tight, so drive the smaller of your vehicles for easier parking experience. Air Conditioner keeps room very cool, but it is loud and could be replaced - keep the fan “on” instead of “auto” at night and it becomes white noise. Finally, chairs and umbrella are provided (could use replacement) but keep in mind that they must be set up behind the line of the life guard towers or they will make you move. This packs you in first few yards of beach.

It’s advertised at (Adult Only resort) it was a privet condo inside a restore and resort full of kids running around . Too much rules and the contract came after I made the reservation, I was told to wash the dishes, clean the fridge , take the trash to outside , and strip all pillow cases and sheets and , and it absolutely over priced, it should not be promoted by your great website .

Awesome place to stay

I couldn’t have been happier with this place I rented, awesome ocean front view, room was spotless when I arrived, very comfortable, perfect location. Everyone at the resort was friendly and accommodating. I will definitely be coming back next year.

Right on the beach!

The condo was clean and freshly painted. As you got off the elevators. The condo was right there. It was right on beach with a nice little balcony where you could sit and watch the waves roll in on a very clean beach. It had everything you would need including a Keurig coffee maker. The condo had a king size bed with a pillow top mattress. Personally, it was a little too soft for me, but that is just my opinion. Overall, it's an excellent value.

Adult Get Away

If you are looking for a relaxing adult get away during the summer months this is not the place. The pool was extremely crowded with kids not much room to get in and relax. The resort was nice with the outside bar and a couple choices of places to eat. This condo was really nice and updated with cute decorations. Overall it was a nice place.

Cozy getaway!

We only left the resort twice in five days! Fireworks were awesome and the view was amazing! Parking was a hastle, but the room was clean and cozy! A perfect romantic getaway!

Fresh and newly renovated

This is a perfect condo for 1 or 2 people. The balcony gives a bird’s eye view of the beach & pool. The cute dining table is perfect and lighting is very nice as is the size of the TV. If you got the impression from the pictures that it has a mini frig, that is happily incorrect. It is apartment sized and will accommodate your needs. The bed was higher than ours but there is a cute step stool in your closet.
