Unfortunately, there should have been full disclosure (or any mention) about the construction/pier/water management system, that is being built on the beach and out in the water right outside the condo. The noise of the machinery, the smell of diesel fuel and the big eye sore… caused a lot of disappointment on this vacation. I believe this project is going to be ongoing for quite some time.Other than that big disappointment… the condo was great… Perfect location… Free parking across the street… had everything that you needed.

Beautiful ocean front condo. The building also has an indoor pool, outdoor pool, and I saw three hot tubs. The view from the balcony was amazing on the 14th floor. Wished the WiFi was a little faster. Other than that, this condo was amazing. Owners were very prompt on any questions.

My wife and I spent four nights here and it was her first trip to the grand Strand and she loved every minute of the place was cozy, convenient to everything, extremely clean, well decorated, and felt like home. We will definitely return for the communication with the owners was easy and extremely professional.

Fun in the Sun

The property was just as described and shown on pics. Nice, cozy, and clean. The balcony facing the beach was perfect! The breeze from the Ocean was so relaxing. Condo was perfect location making it a easy walk to the Boardwalk and a short drive to Broadway on the Beach ( which was our favorite). Accessing the property was easy-peasy. I'd also like to send a special thanks to the owner who allowed us to at least leave our luggage on our last day so we could continue to explore until it was time for our late flight. Definitely would recommend!

This condo was so cute and comfortable. It was well stocked for our needs while we were there. It's located in a more quiet area, but close to many restaurants and things to do. The host gave many great options for dinner out and things to do in the area. We had a great time and would not hesitate booking again!

The pictures of the interior of this unit posted are accurate. The unit was very clean and tidy. Exceptional attention to detail and well decorated. Hosts were quick with responding. Check In/Check out a breeze. This is a great little condo if you are looking for just a place to sleep and get ready. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your condo!

Not quiet and relaxing. Very noisy.

Yes, it is on the beach but the picture showing the view is very deceptive. A building blocks the view of the sunrise on the left, and the pier construction is crazy. The A/C was noisy. The first night the construction fence prevented us from passing in this direction. Pictures posted on the web site are very old. The construction of the pier right next door was 7 days a week, and a constant source of noise from 7am till 6pm. Additional road noise from the front is also echoed thru the apartment and even on the patio 14 stories up. Nobody wants to go on vacation, to the beach, only to listen to rap music, loud motorcycles and trucks drive up and down the strip at night. We prefer a quiet beach resort like Puerto Vallarta, Cancun and Rocky Point than Myrtle Beach, after this experience. Less expensive and so much better. The bathroom was so small the door hits you from behind when standing at the counter. Two people don’t even fit in there at all. Apartment is very dated. Could use a better cleaning crew and corners are not clean. The 2 placemats on the table were so dirty we didn’t want to pick them up. Seems dirt is just pushed around. On the patio was several long ((at least 8 inches) of hair wrapped around the patio lights Upon arriving the parking pass was no where to be found. We had to contact the owner and someone from the house cleaning crew had to come and open the locked closet to provide a pass. We left a day early due to all the issues.Would not recommend.

The condo was very comfortable and well taken care of. Great location and amenities were good. The instructions given were spot on making check in/out a breeze. We thoroughly enjoyed it!

Paradise in Myrtle Beach

We stayed for a month at Tami and Eric’s condo at the Palms Resort. You definitely get that homey feeling the minute you walk thru the door. The comfortable rockers on the deck were great for morning coffee and bedtime wine. Tami and Eric are great to deal with and quick to answer any questions. I would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a clean and convenient place to stay.

Cozy

My wife enjoyed seeing the birds swoop in on the deck. Was the perfect size for us both to relax and enjoy the quiet…for the most part…construction right next door with a beautiful view of the crane operator working on Saturday and Sunday morning…beep beep beep beep well that is zero fault of the owners but it was a bit noisy.Communication was excellent and very friendly and I would recommend checking this out if you are ever in the area!
