Perfect Location and Size for our Stay

We needed a small condo near the beach in this part of town for our son's basketball tournament. This location was perfect for my husband, my daughter, and me. It is just steps from the beach and the space was all we needed. My daughter enjoyed the access to the pools and I enjoyed the easy access to the beach. The kitchen was all we needed, but if you're expecting to do heavy cooking, you'll probably find it limited. I would recommend the property owner replace the couch and kitchen table as while the rest of the space had been updated, these had not. Overally, great spot for a small group.

Excellent place!

My family (4 adults, 2 children) stayed here for 4 nights and it was perfect for us! All beds were very comfortable. We cooked four meals and everything we needed was there. Location is perfect. Just steps to the beach. The pools, kiddie pool and lazy river next door was very nice to have access to. There was two beach chairs in the room, it wasn’t listed in the information so that was a nice surprise. The only issues we ran into was that we couldn’t get the TV in the bedroom to work (could have just been user error, but we really didn’t need it) and there was not a change machine in the laundry room, so definitely bring your own quarters! My only other suggestion would be to have a vacuum in the room, only because there are rugs and it’s hard to sweep sand out of a rug. Would definitely stay again!

My family and I were not thrilled with this property at all. It was very disappointing; the only time I wanted to be in the room was to shower and sleep. There is no oven and laundry is not in the unit. You must bring your own quarters because the change machine in the main building does not get filled and the main desk will only provide a certain amount in change to you. The inside/outdoor pool in the building of this unit is dirty. The floor on the inside has mold on the ground and the room smells of it too. The tarp separating the indoor/outdoor is ripped on both sides and the windows are dirty. The indoor pool with hot tub in the main building are disgusting. Mold on the inside of the hot tub and smells awful too. The pool is on the 7th floor and balconies overlook it. People threw butter sticks and pizza boxes that got trapped on top of the windows above the pool and the windows were also dirty and looked as if they have not been cleaned in years. The outdoor pool at the main building was nice. The lazy river is also nice. The hot tub was smelly but was drained and cleaned on one of our days there. The only complaint about this area was no property management out there monitoring out of control guests and limited lounge chairs. The unit itself, although it says newly renovated and looks like that in the pictures, seems the update was years ago. Baseboards are dirty, a/c unit in the bedroom smelled like mildew the entire time. We saw 2 roaches in our room. It poured rain one day and flooded the balcony floor, there is no escape for the water so we could not use it the remainder of our trip. The beds had sand in them before we even used them. The kitchen table is very old and in need of an update, it had bubbles from the paint getting wet and wood exposed. The rugs are filthy, no vacumme in the room to use. They need to be steam cleaned. The love seat was dirty looking and the seat covers on the chairs were dirty. The electrical room is right outside of the unit and when the door is open during the day it smells like old, moldy milkshake. We had an issue with the toilet not flushing the first day and it was serviced right away. The parking lot for this building is tight and odd so if you have a larger vehicle, good luck. I will not be staying at this resort ever again, it basically ruined our trip for the money we spent to stay here.
