First time at Myrtle Beach

Love the condo but it was not very clean. Floors were filthy. Your feet would be black in a matter of seconds from walking on the condo floor so we always had to keep socks or shoes on. Everyone was very nice. Location was great. Parking however was a nightmare. No where to turn around to come back down and if you drive a large car like we do it was very hard passing another in the parking.

Exceeded Expectations

Spent five nights here with my fiancé and her five-year-old daughter. The location of this unit on the 4th floor is IDEAL for both beach and pool access (2 minutes to the pool and 3-5 minutes to the beach depending on how much you carry down there with you). A big positive for this location is that the parking garage goes to the 4th floor so you also are very close to parking, especially when unloading and loading your vehicle. We also loved the balcony, as you can see both the beach (at an angle but still a very good view) and pool area below. Enjoyed snacking and taking in all the action below from the large balcony each night. The spa within the unit is large for a hotel-style room. Plenty of comfortable seating for a group of 4. The beds were adequately comfortable. Kitchen area was lacking on counter and storage space, but the full-sized appliances were huge for us. Made simple meals in the room. Bring your own cookware if you plan on cooking anything substantial. Water pressure in the kitchen sink is very low. There is plenty of glassware, cutlery, and plates. The bathroom was adaquite to meet our needs but nothing fancy. Room was clean upon arrival, but as the days went by it was totally impossible to keep sand out of our space. It made us appreciate all of the effort that went into cleaning the place before we checked in. Overall this resort was perfect for our family. Would recommend for any group with kids looking for easy beach access and fun pool environment.

Dirty unit, dirty building, super hard to find a parking spot. I dont think they have ever cleaned the floor in the unit. I found 3 big coackroches there.

Fantastic location!

My daughter and I had a wonderful time and enjoyed the beautiful view of the ocean from our balcony. The pictures are totally accurate and the room was very comfortable. We will recommend to our friends and family. 😊

Myrtle Beach

We had a wonderful visit to Myrtle Beach. Tropical storm Ophelia had us in the room a lot more than we had hoped for. The floors appeared to be clean but our feet were filthy...dark socks are recommended. I did sweep daily but the broom is a $2 broom that I have at home on my back patio, but be careful because the metal handle is broken in half and is a danger to use. We chose a place with a kitchen to save on our expenses with meals. The pots and pans were basically garbage with deep scratches and gouges of all the Teflon scraped off. The handle on the frying pan is super close to breaking off, be careful if you are holding that this doesn't happen to you. Disappointed I am unable to upload pictures of everything I have said in this review.

Good family get away

Things we loved: - right on the beach! - pool was excellent - area felt safe - kids loved it Things we didn’t love so much: - VRBO was particularly sandy on arrival. Literally, And everywhere and rather a large pile swept under the rug. But we found the broom - not a big deal. - kitchen utensils weren’t great. Bring your own plastic spatula, can opener, knives, etc. - no storage space. All kitchen storage was either locked or already filled with stuff. We ended up piling things in a corner. Not the end of the world. Just mildly annoying. Overall, a good experience. Kids had a blast. Area was nice. Would book with this company again.

Great for families

This condo was perfect for our family of 4. I gave cleanliness a 4 because although it was clean the toilet seat needs to be replaced and a coat of paint for the walls. You must wear your wrist bands to the pool as you will be asked to show them.The restaurant is open to all guests and is very good and only accepts credit cards. All of the resort is cashless.

Great location !

Enjoyed the location of the property. With two kids under age age of 10 it was the best option for us - walking distance to the beach and pools. Have not used the gym , however, game room and gift shop always open, clean. Most if the time we cooked at our place because it was more convenient for us, but if you want something to order or going out , there is plenty restaurants just in 5 min drive. There was one place just in 5-10 walking across the street for pizza and other food. Since restaurant at the resort did not have pizza- we did not go there. There’s limited space for parking though, therefore if you come late from somewhere, they had optional parking across the street. In overall , kids were super happy and busy with pools and beach , therefore overall rating I put 5 starts , because that’s important for me.

Clean Room

The room was clean, the balcony door does not lock and there was about 3 inches of sand on balcony and if you didn’t wear shoes your feet were black from balcony, the property not so much. Overall an ok place, to stay for the price, cheaper than most but not great. I did have a issue checking in. Did not receive codes, was told they sent the code to my email which once given was not an email I have ever had.

Great place for Families to stay!

The unit was clean and presented exactly as the pictures on the website. The building itself was a little run down but was overall maintained. I was glad to see security monitoring the property 24/7. The were friendly and helpful when trying to locate additional parking sites. The swimming pools were a blast and my kids looked forward to swimming in them everyday! Again, the pools were clean, maintained with a staff member present ensuring only guests of the resort had access. The beach was beautiful and easily accessible from the resort. The resort itself is located right off the main strip to the Board Walk, however was located in a much quieter and family friendly part of town. I only have a few suggestions which would have made our stay more pleasant. Finding the correct location was a little confusing at first with my GPS directing me to the building next door with the same name. All common areas were located on the exterior of the building and since offices were closed, I had a difficult time locating our unit. Being alone with my 2 young children walking around the area at night was a bit scary! Luckily other residents were able to direct us to the correct building and parking garage. I would also highly recommend including one free roll of toilet paper for the guests upon arrival! The resort information does clearly state that toiletries are not included, however following delays with both our flight and car rental agency, we were anxious to get to the condo and decided to put off our shopping trip. Overall I would recommend staying at this unit and we had a great time making memories during our stay at Myrtle Beach!!
