Everything was exactly as advertised. The amenities were great. Everything you could want. The view was amazing! The unit was clean. I would definitely return and recommend to friends.

Great view of the beach with a large balcony. Plenty of space for 2 adults and 3 small children. Starbucks and Ben and Jerrys was across the street. Restaurant right next door. Everything else was within driving distance. Lots of pools but the water was a bit gross. Staff constantly cleaning the floors in the hallways and friendly. Beaches were nice and clean. Negatives (not many and to be expected) the beds werent comfortable, room had a strange smell, master bedroom blacony door was very had to slide open. Overall great stay and would recommend.

The experience was good but there is a lot of room for improvement in the unit and on the property. The location of the property is great with easy access to stores, restaurants, amusements of all kinds. There is adequate parking spaces in the garage across the street.The view of the beach and ocean from the balcony can't be beat! But, the property's pool and pool area were not maintained to a high standard of cleanliness. The water slide pool was not open the entire week. (SC county school Spring break week) And the signage around the property is poor. The unit needs some touch up repairs (fresh paint, baseboards nailed in place). The safe in the master bedroom closet didn't work. The second bedroom and the kitchen are very small. The kitchen is not well equipped, the knife set was the dullest knives I have ever used. The construction work used one elevator the entire week.The unit provided no information about the property. They should provide a map of the property and a listing of available amenities and services on the property.

Myrtle Beach SC

First property was terrible. Had a hard time with the rental agency to move to another property, but finally did. This one better but not great. From wrong passcodes, to mold in the bathroom and rust in the refrigerator, it was an awful experience. I have pictures to prove.

Authentic Condo Experience

Clean and authentic representation of pictures. Provisions for toilet tissue could be increased to 3 rolls per bathroom and Dollar Store size salt & pepper shakers would be helpful! Otherwise, amenities for the property were adequate.

Nice condo but resort sucks. No indoor bar or restaurant. To many rules for the pool Bo floats , balls Noodles in pool . Removed our stuff from our table and put it in lost and found while we were still in the pool with 45 to pool close. Indoor pools were 90 degrees very un refreshing

Management staff very good. Check in was easy. Location excellent. Beach excellent. Pools very good. Older resort so expect conditions of condo to reflect that. Cleanliness was poor. Dirty floors. Dusty. Condo needs a thorough cleaning.

Condo On the Beach

Condo was clean and overall met our needs. Walls are thin and the building can be a bit noisy, but nothing too terrible--It's a shared space with folks on vacation, so you gotta expect some of that. If you want absolute quite and serenity, don't stay in a resort condo. Did have to knock on the neighbors door after 10 PM one night. Condo next to us was full of teenagers screaming and banging on stuff. They refused to answer the door, but pretty much shut up after I knocked, so I didn't think it warranted reporting them. Location is great. Close to everything. We didn't use the pools or any other amenities, just stuck to the beach but the place was bustling and there were kids everywhere that seemed to be having the time of their lives.

Not up to standards

When we booked the room we looked at all the photos and reviews. It seamed to work for our family. The actual whole condo was very nice plenty of space and plenty things to do. The pools were very nice also the hot tub, bar, restaurant, splash areas and corn whole area. The actual room was not up to date, had a lot of repairs not done, washer broken, mold in the room, chip paint, trim missing, kitchen was not fully equipped, dishwasher did not clean the dishes, all the events blew so much dust just not up to par.

Amazing

Property and ammenities were awesome. Its by far the best rental we have invested in. We only had to leave for groceries. We had a pool,bar,place to eat dinner our last night, and massage. The massage company was also amazing, friendly, and went above any beyond. Wish we had planned to stay longer and if or when we come back to visit we do not plan on staying anywhere else but with the carribean resort. I couldnt find the checkout instructions for cleanup so we just did the best we could. Maybe leave instructions on the counter with packet for the future.
