Great Spot

Had a wonderful stay at this spot! Very clean and great view! Host was very receptive and so helpful. Would definitely stay again. Building is also very nice with great pools and hot tubs and clean.

Myrtle Condo

The condo was fine for our stay. We would reccomend putting in another living room lounge chair and grab bars for in the shower. Also the blanket/comforters were not very clean. They should be washed when the sheets are done. It was nice to have access to a laundry room.

Awesome stay!

We had an awesome stay at this property! Everything as advertised! Nice neighborhood and beautiful beach with easy access! The pool and hot tub were awesome as well! The property manager was so attentive and easy to contact. We will be back!

What a beautiful place.

The view was amazing. And the set up was thoughtful. We had a long stay and the unit was outfitted for that. My wife and I have two little guys and it was the perfect amount of space for the four of us. It is super clean in there 10/10 recommend. Nelson is the GOAT.

Perfect place for a four day getaway. Large pool and mere moments and steps from the beach. Kitchen had everything we needed and the beds were comfortable. The beach chairs were a bonus!

Perfect location

The room was just as described. The entire process was easy. The staff in the building were very nice and the area was clean. Our only recommendation would be to upgrade the mattresses. They are pretty hard. Besides the beds we really enjoyed our stay and would return in the future without hesitation.

Nice location on the beach

The property is located on the beach and the pool is just amazing—only a few remarks for future rentals. It is no dishwasher and no counter space in the kitchen (when you clean dishes no space to put the clean dish on the counter - only range top available and it is inconvenient)

Very clean, modern, oceanview

The room is just like the pictures and the description. It had a side oceanview which was gorgeous. The place was very clean which was a must for me. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook which was great. There was even 2 beach chairs to use. My only issues were the beds and the curtains in the bedroom. The beds were quite loud getting in and out. Not sure if it's the box spring or mattress. I would suggest getting better blackout curtains due to the light outside the room. There was still quite a bit of light shining thru the window and may be a problem for people wanting more darkness at night. Overall we had a wonderful time and enjoyed our stay here very much and would return again.

Neighbors Ruined The Stay

I wanted to like this stay and certain aspects of it, I did. The Great: -The beach is walking distance away, pools downstairs. -View from balcony great. -Upgraded kitchen - Supermarkets and places to eat were close by -Comfortable beds The not so great: -Only 1 roll of toilet paper, paper towel and no tissues for a 6 day stay (This was easily remedied) -Rusting light fixtures in the bathroom and living room. - Chipped paint in bathroom -The sleeper couch is not comfortable -Damp/Wet smell in the unit (Easily rectified) The Bad (No fault of the Owner): The neighbors ruined this visit for me. We had to deal with steady banging and thumping. Imagine sitting in your living room and the kids are upstairs running/jumping around to the point where the light fixture starts moving. The first morning that the noise woke me up, I thought maybe someone was renovating their unit. No big deal, it happens. But the noise was constant and non stop. Reached out to Brad and he responded immediately. Unfortunately, there was nothing he or I could do. Quiet hours are from 11pm - 7am. The primary hours of the noise.... ~7am until 11pm - 12am. This went on for the entire 6 day stay. After a day out and about, you want to come in and just relax but that was limited due to the noise. Hopefully your neighbors will be better.
