Property was exactly as described. Check in was seamless. Communication was top notch. View was incredible. Kitchen is completely stocked. It was a family of 9 and we had a couple of rainy days so we spent some time indoors. Property is big enough for everyone and has plenty of bathrooms. Multiple balconies were a plus too

Everything was excellent, our hosts, how clean the PH #2 was, we cooked 3 meals that week ( everything was there that we needed), Wi-Fi was good and Roku was very good- kids loved it. We would return to The Palms (North tower, PH #2) and also the staff did an excellent job picking up our garbage every morning. All around great experience.

Great Penthouse on the beach!

The location is ideal. Easy to get to places to eat. We walked to many of them. 4 bedrooms and 4 baths is great. We left 5 large beach towels and a couple of wave rider boards. Our family really enjoyed our one week stay.

Can't beat the Penthouse view! Dirty Don's Oysters and Soho steak and sushi a short walk. Little more lighting in rooms would be a great upgrade

Very nice

The Penthouse is the place to be. Beautiful views of the beach from several balconies. Clean, comfortable, great location. My 3 friends and I spent a week golfing in Myrtle Beach and this was a fantastic base for us. We made use of the hot tub several times. Our host Kevin was easy to communicate with and he gave us some great recommendations for the area.Great time.

Great Location and Amazing Views

The balconies were a major selling point. It was pretty spectacular waking up and stepping outside your bedroom to watch the sun rise on the ocean. The beach was right behind the building. Everything was nearby. Some of it feels dated, and for some reason was smaller than I imagined. But it was accurate based on the square footage in the listing. It has everything we needed. The sun coming through the floor to ceiling windows was a bit overpowering at times. Can you beat 4 BR and 4 baths though?! Another huge selling point for us. Appreciate the views and enough bedrooms for everyone.

There were 9 in our party and each couple had a room and a bathroom and a balcony. 16 yo son stayed on pull out couch. Roomy living area. Great communication with owner. Would recommend!!!

Golf trip

Three families stayed here for a golf trip. The guys enjoyed the convenient location to multiple golf courses. The rest of us enjoyed the convenience of the beach and pools. There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space, which was very important for the small kids in the group. The views from the condo are beautiful!

Perfectly spot for our group

We arrived jetlagged. Took one of Kevin's recommendations for pizza and it was delicious. The condo was perfect for a group of 4. Smaller than pictures make it appear but it was ok. The kitchen was fully stocked for making meals. We saw dolphin off the balcony two different mornings. Our group really enjoyed our vacation.
