Todo perfecto muy feliz mis hijas le encantó el lugar y todo pero la limpieza es horrible y luego los baños no servían ni la bañera hablamos para que fueran a arreglar y dicen que fueron y seguía igual qué decepción qué cobren tanto dinero por limpieza y no hacen bien su trabajo

This was the worst property I have ever stayed at in Myrtle Beach. The T.V in one of the rooms didnt work. The closet had a huge whole in it that led to the roof and it looked scary. The closets was really junky looked like someone packed it with broke down items. The bedroom was not clean the last people that stayed there had left clothes in the rooms so that makes me believe it was properly cleaned. Made several attempts to call to be moved to another condo got voicemail and never got a return call. I was kind of embarrassed to have my children and their spouses there. We could even get access to the wifi and the balcony was dirty. I want a refund

Location was great, very scenic. Very clean. The only thing that I didn’t like was there were no dish rags, kitchen towels or pot holders.

Great Stay.
Worth than stay at the hotel. 2 bedroom and 2 bath with kichen and living room. The place is on upstair, it was quiet and internet was good. Not the fastest but not slow either. Bed was a little too soft for my husband but comfortable for me. There are washer -dryer machine. It is very close walk to the beach.

Thank you for your review! This property has undergone quite a few improvements over this past year such as new hardwood flooring, new furniture in the Livingroom, freshly painted, etc. We anticipate further updates this year and I hope you will visit with us again to see them!

The unit was ok but some things that I was used to weren't up to par being a Hilton honors member
It was ok. The outlets didn't work in one of the bathroom and could have stood under the sprinklers and got a better shower

Beautiful views of ocean. Perfect location. Nice size balcony. Nice amenities. Tennis, golf simulator, gas fire pit. Room needs updating.(popcorn ceiling) Kitchen was very bare. I don't expect very much but not even salt and pepper/ sugar pkts. Room was average in cleanliness. Sand on bottom of feet as soon as we arrived.

What i needed!
My Kingston Plantation stay was better than I could have hoped for. The condo was spacious and beautifully decorated. The ocean view was exactly what i needed.

The properties are spacious and central to everything. However, we did not have access to the many amenities on the property - only the beach. The property was outdated and worn. Lights were missing or broken. Doors were broken. Carpet was filthy and sofa-bed was disgusting! Insects were all over. There was no linen exchange or trash pick-up. All cleaning is on YOU! I think I would prefer a hotel next time. Outside of the living conditions, there was plenty to do.

Weekend to remember
Great place for a family outing and stay. Traffic was horrendous being memorial day and bikers weekend, but accommodations were greater than expected, and would return again to rental. My daughter got engaged on the beach early Sunday morning and everything went off without a hitch......she said yes also and we were a very happy family, thankful and blessed.

We loved our condo! It was beautiful and had the best views! The only thing that really discouraged me from staying at this place again is since we “rented from the owners” via palmetto vacations, we weren’t allowed in the pools or the waterpark. The water park was one of the top reasons why I booked this hotel so that was extremely disappointing and frustrating.

Hello Edward, Yes being an offsite rentals we do not have access to all the areas at the property due to over crowding at the property. I do apologize for this. Please give us a call for your next stay and i am sure we can find you a great place.

Unforgettable!
It was amazing, loved it! The condo was beautiful. The elevator rugs needed some daily if not twice daily cleaning due to wet people coming in and out of the pool and beach.

room great. location good. service OK. charges loosey, hidden charges. room was $80, tax recovery charge was $247, which did not show until I confirmed reservations, then was not allowed to cancel without loosing everything, no refund. I am filing a complaint with my credit card company. WILL NOT FILE WITH THIS BOOKING AGENCY AGAIN, PALMETTO VACATION RENTALS.

Lovely gated community with condo on the beach

Bad start but great finish
When we arrived in Myrtle Beach on Saturday check in was extremely slow and the 3 bedroom unit I booked was not available.The staff at Palmetto Rentals did a very good job of addressing the problem and upgrading my accomodations.My family and I were extremely satisfied with are stay and would definitely stay there again on our next trip to Myrtle Beach. We had a large 3bd,3bath unit overlooking the ocean with all the amenities of home. There was pleanty for the kids to do being on the ocean and close to other hotels where friends were staying.

Unpleasant Stay
I was very dissatisfied with my overall experience at the Cumberland Terrace. I found my two bedroom condo unit to be dirty. I had to go to the extent of cleaning it myself to make it half way decent for my guests. It certainly didn't feel like my home away from home. My primary issue was that the matresses of the two sofa sleepers in my unit were extremely worn out. After I addressed this problem to maintenance, I was provided with toppers for the matresses. My guests were highly inconvenienced for the beginning of their stay at the unit because they had no choice but to sleep on the floors. My guests & I decided to check out early so that housekeeping would have ample time to thoroughly clean the unit for the next group of travelers. In ny opinion, these problems could have been prevented if an inspection would have been conducted prior to my check-in.

It was a longer walk to the beach than expected.
Tha Palmettos Rental staff were the worst. We first got there and the woman was a total crab. Then we got to our room, it wasn't even clean. There were dirty linens and towels on the floor. They came to clean it after we checked into the room and then still left the linens on the floor which they stayed the whole time. When we booked, we told them we needed linens for the sleeper sofa. We called three days for them. They never came.

We had a wonderful stay during our vacation. The villa was clean and well appointed as well as quiet and with a relaxing atmosphere. We will stay there again.

BEWARE
AC went out it was 80 degrees inside, if you book through Palmetto Vacation rentals and it's after 5 pm and 4 pm on Sundays you will NOT be able to get maintenance till the following day. We ended up packing up at 9pm and driving home all night the heat was horrible! called them today and they would not do anything for us basically tough luck.

CLEAN THE ROOM!
For the amount of money required for a cleaning fee, there were 3 areas that were nasty! Large clumps of hair in the floor of the bathroom; enough dust on some of the tv/dvd that we wrote on it "CLEAN ME!" and the vent of the microwave was covered in dirt and grease! NOT AT ALL APPEALING!!!!!!

Great condo. Lousy management.
My partner and I spent 3 lovely days in this condo. We were very pleasantly surprised by the size and amenities (flat screen TV with DVD player and movies available, two of which we watched). Gorgeous ocean views from the 15th floor. I had a major problem with the management company who hands out the keys, etc. We arrived on a Saturday night so no one was available to check us in and it took 4 or 5 phone calls to figure out how to access our room. A much bigger problem was that a $180 'cleaning charge' was automatically deducted from my credit card. This in addition to the agreed upon room rate and a 12% tax I did not expect but can understand. There was no evidence anywhere on the Hotels.com website that there would be any charge for cleaning, much less such an outrageous amount for a 3 night stay. The 5 page legal document we were supposed to sign to receive our keys required us to agree to not dispute any charges (!). Fortunately we did not sign it and did dispute the ridiculous cleaning charge. The management company denied all knowledge of this charge. We were happy that Hotels.com reimbursed us. Again, condo itself was wonderful.

Nice large condo in a good location
This place was a large 3BR condo in a nice community, 0.5 miles from the beach. Also, there is an Embassey Suites hotel right on the beach which was nice to use there pool and bar. The Condo itself was spacious with 3 BR's with full baths, full kitchen and large living room. It was not new but in good condition; furniture was somewhat old but acceptable. The only real criticism is there was no soap, paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags.... nothing whatsoever was provided except sheets and towels.

It was a great place for a family vacation. Water park within the resort was a plus. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.
