I rented this"condo", after reading several reviews, and the owner's own comments about how wonderful it was;not only seeing the ocean, but falling asleep AND waking up to the sounds of the ocean waves; etc! Well, that could not be farther from the truth! The view is nice... but, there's absolutely no way you'll HEAR that ocean!! There's a very loud A/C condenser directly below the balcony, along with the units own A/C sitting out there too, and there's zero screen on doors, so did they sleep with the door open to the outdoors?Also, the unit is low enough, guests walking around, right under you, at the bar / restaurant area, may be able to see you laying in the bed! The unit is just ok, it wasn't totally filthy, but, it needs some updates, painting and the floor rugs were very used! It's VERY small, it's just an old motel room, with a tiny " kitchen " area. If you're staying a night or two and do not plan on cooking, or spending alot of time in the room, it's ok. Wash those dishes before using, what we pulled out were all greasy and half washed. Thankfully we had disposable and left the dishes alone! We stayed 6 nights. No place to put clothes in the tiny closet, and the vacuum, broom, beach chairs are all inside there. The other tiny side is locked up for the owners things?The largest part of this unit, is the huge tv. Don't expect much from the pool area, lazy river, doesn't move you! The indoor looked gross, and the elevators are never cleaned! Parking is horrible.
