Excellent, in multiple ways!

Very spacious condo with perfect views and easy access to the beach. Everything that you could want for comfortable accommodations and experiential ocean trip. Things to know, you will have to pay extra for linen and towels, or bring your own. The mattresses are not the greatest, but they are firmer for those who have back issues. The sliding door in the master bedroom sticks, and is very difficult to maneuver. Not a game changer for us.

This unit looked so good online we were worried if it would be that nice in person. It exceeding our expectations. Such a great full view, plenty of space, stocked kitchen and even the closet had beach chairs and boogie boards. First time at this property and first time at Myrtle beach and we will be coming back! The only thing we didn’t like was having to order towels and linens with our reservation. Never heard of that before. And then when we arrived our towels were not there and nobody got back to us until Monday because the answering service said no towels is not considered an emergency and they weren’t allowed to contact anyone. Other than that wonderful stay and wonderful unit! Our new favorite place!

Spring Break getaway

Fantastic property, had everything we needed and more. Plenty of space for our family of five, comfortable furnishings, well appointed kitchen, and beautiful ocean views. Closet even had beach chairs and toys for use but we had already purchased our own. Property is in need of some minor repairs. Management was aware of them when reported and has plans to complete repairs. Thank you for sharing this beautiful space!

Great spring break

Other than the weather being a tad bit chilly, our spring break was a pleasant time. The condo was perfect for our group- beautiful views from the balcony, and more than enough room to accommodate our family. We had a wonderful time and made some great memories! Thanks again!

Good Location with Beautiful Views

This listing was as pictured and as described. The condo was clean and surpisingly spacious. All of the appliances worked great and we had everything we needed during our stay. The icemaker is a big perk as it produces a ton of ice everyday. The wrap around balcony is probably rhe best feature of this property, and while the outdoor furniture is a bit worn out, many people can enjoy this area comfortably. There is also easy access to the beach and the beach is very clean and well maintained. Communication by the property management company was top notch, and much better than I have experienced elsewhere. They were very friendly and extremely communicative before and during our stay. They reached out several times via phone, email, and text to ensure we had all of the information we needed to easily access the unit and enjoy our stay. We did not have any major issues during our stay, but if we did, I would be confident the management company would have taken care of the situation quickly. The property overall was nice, but didn't seem to be well maintained. The pools were fairly dirty with bugs and dirt rings around the inside (never saw them cleaned during our stay). They also had a good amount of sand in them (need vacuumed) and the areas around the pools and hot tub could use a good power washing (usually something I see done daily at other properties), as there were several areas coated in a heavy black grime. There were also broken tiles in the pools that need repaired. One con of the stay is that there seems to be a smoker in one of the adjoining units and the smell permeated through to this unit. The smell was noticeable throughout our entire stay. This was something we noticed as soon as we walked into the unit (which seemed to be heavily deodorized before we got there). However, it wasn't so bad that it ruined the stay, and didn't seem to be something within the property management company's control. The front door of the property is also in need of attention as it sticks very badly and is obnoxiously loud to open and close. We actually had a lot of trouble getting it open initially and thought our keys didn't work. Also, the unit should be upgraded to an electronic lock system. When arriving and departing, you have to pickup/drop-off your keys at the management companies office about 10 minutes away. This is very inconvenient before and after traveling. Overall, this is a decent property and we would possibly consider staying again.

Could have been cleaner

Walking into condo it looked nice but after entry it smelled like old musty socks the carpet was sticky it was dirty. So I went out and bought cleaning supplies and the spray carpet cleaner used a hard brush with long handel to scrub them mopped the carpets with mop in every room because I couldn't allow my grandkids on nasty carpet that has not been cleaned in a long time they do not wash the comforters after each guest. I literally had to wash everything had to wash out cabinets wash all dishes counter tops just a lot of work for a vacation and it is not in walking distance of the boardwalk 42 min walk 2 min drive so not only did VRBO lie but the people that list it for the owner lied. It's ok you live and learn my grandkids had a blast and that all that count. But will not book thirough this again direct book a house booking only.

This place was perfect for us!! Spacious, clean and it’s central location allowed us to explore Myrtle Beach area without traveling too far. Loved that we had beach access and beach items (chairs, sand toys and boogie boards) were in our condo to use!! Highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful View!

This is our 2nd time staying in this unit. We love the spaciousness it provides for larger families and the view on the corner unit is spectacular! There were, however, minor cleaning issues this time around but Carmen got right on top of it when we reported. When paying over $5,500 a week, the little things matter. We did enjoy our time and thanks for having us.

Perfect beach and golf get away

The condo was very clean and spacious, it was everything that it was advertised to be. The check in was friendly and seamless. The only annoyances were the kitchen faucet needs to be replaced as it was difficult to get the water temperature desired and the air temperature was always cool despite increasing the temperature on the thermostat. .

Property was great. Could provide better visibility for name and address. It was pretty much covered by shrubs. We didn't know about bringing our own linen until after the fact. This could have been more upfront with pricing option but worked out ok. Great time.

Nice property, wouldn’t stay again

Overall, we enjoyed our stay but were disappointed with it.. The property management was completely non-communicative when asked questions ahead of our stay- no response to emails or voicemails. You have to drive four miles away from the property to pick up keys and drop them off after your stay. The condo was supposed to be ready at 4:00, but was still not cleaned after 5:00. Once we got into the condo it was pretty and worked well for our family of eight. The bedrooms had no air circulation so you need to use fans and leave the doors open. Nice view of ocean and large accommodations. Overall, a nice property but not as great as advertised. We were disappointed.

Absolutely perfect

Perfect views, perfect location, easy check in/checkout process, fast elevator, close to all attractions, didn’t take long to get to the beach from the room like 3 minutes max. Pool was never crowded. Beach wasn’t crowded. Contactless check in check out. Private. Just absolutely perfect. Comfy mattresses. Clean. Beautiful decor. Better than pictured.

Wonderful location, beautiful view.

Very nice layout with an awesome view of the ocean. Everything was as it was advertised. Although, it would be nice if the check in was actually at the same facility. We initially went further north to a location with the same address, a little confusing. Other than that, everything was wonderful. We will definitely be back.
