The host was very welcoming and accommodating, the unit certainly could use some updating to get rid of the rust in the refrigerator. The kitchen cupboards a little scary as it is falling down and the roach in the bathroom sink was startling, but the unit was very clean. Initial first impression of the facility itself leaves much to be desired, but the view from the unit is beautiful and the housekeeping staff was great as well. The key locked us out at 9:50 and I had to go down twice to get it to be opened up again so we could finish moving out otherwise we really enjoyed it.

This was a great stay overall. We were very cold the first night, as we did not know we had to request the host switch our system from A/C to heat. When they finish renovations in the South Tower, this will be an amazing value and view for your money!

There was so much dirt on ceiling fan we didn’t turn it on for fear of it going all over room. Blanket in closet stunk like it was never washed. Carpet dirty, furniture with rips and stains.

Great ocean view, but room was shabby. Tub jets in room didn't work. Toaster didn't work. Room was cold and only 1 extra blanket, but staff was quick to get heat turned on. Lots of smokers on premises, in corridors and by elevators.

The ocean view was beautiful. The room was ok but could be better. There was much room but then the bed was small and in a tight spot that made it hard to get in and out of. I appreciate everything but was not impressed and will not stay here again

The space was great. Would certainly stay again. It is in a very good location, close to some good restaurants and bars. Very easy access to the beach and pier.

The property was very dated. The stove and refrigerator had rust in various places. There was an odor near the refrigerator which was near the door to the unit. The bathroom was ok, but rust around the bathroom door and the bathroom door did not close properly. The ceiling had peeling paint in several spots throughout the unit, including bathroom and around the sliding glass door. Outside the unit the entry area was shabby looking and around the elevator was not very clean. The property could use a makeover. The parking was a block over in a shared parking garage but at least it was not an additional fee. The location was great though, on the pier at the ocean. So much to do around the property and everything within walking distance.

Very loud every night since right next to karaoke bar. Also tv did not work the entire time. However, room was clean and had a very nice view of the ocean.
