The room was as described and very cozy. It was centrally located which in the off season is good, however in the summer I would not be comfortable because of the amount of crime. The parking deck, at night, is intimidating because it’s a street away and not well lit, there were guards at the parking deck itself. In order to get the keys you have to keep the owner updated with your location so they can send someone to meet you, which is not my favorite. I also don’t love places that charge a cleaning fee but expect you to do some of the cleaning….not a deal breaker for some but to me, with kid, it’s just a hassle. We usually stay at North Beach Resort, they come take your trash, give you fresh towels that type of thing and the price there is cheaper, so for us we’ll be going back to that. The space is very well done, just not the place for us.
