We had an excellent stay! Six adults, two teens, five nights. The house is amazing and we didn’t even take advantage of everything it has to offer. It was only in the low 70’s for highs when we were there, but the pool heat was still warm enough for the kids to swim! The living room was super comfy to play the plentiful game collection, watch TV, or read by the bay window with the waves in the background!Great location, the water was SO close, amazing views! Easy to get anywhere we wanted to go in Myrtle BeachManagement was very responsive on a couple minor issues. Would definitely stay here again if returning to Myrtle Beach!

We enjoyed our week at this house and would rent it again. So many things to do right at the house....beach, pool, Can Jam, Cornhole, Large Connect 4, Spike Ball, putting green, pool table, foosball, and arcade game, etc. Luxury rentals team was great also. We had a couple issues. Their response time was excellent and continued to follow up on the issue to be sure we were completely satisfied. The people we worked with were very friendly and seemed to genuinely care. Thank you for a Great week!!

Great property for family vacation. We had a good bit of rain, but we were never without things to do indoors due to the many games and pool room. When we were outside, we enjoyed the swimming pool and spa, and we were just a stone’s throw from the ocean- perfect for when our little ones needed a short break. We ate in most of our meals, and the kitchen was well supplied with cooking tools and appliances. We utilized the second fridge too! And I must mention the wonderful view of the ocean from the huge picture window in the living room! Fabulous!!!

My family and I really enjoyed staying in this home. The pool was really nice, and relaxing to sit by and soak up the sun. The beach was amazing, and having the deck to sit on was perfect at night! The house was clean, well stocked, and had lots of games and activities.

House was lovely… the only thing I would change would be an umbrella for the table and chairs so you can have a shaded meal outside and to ask that the lawn care business that manages the grounds uses their equipment at reasonable hours.. the last day we were there they were actually using the leaf blowers and lawn mowers at 7 am… It’s also unfortunate that to use the hot tub you have to pay $60 a day… generally this is not a cost that most houses charge. Otherwise if you love the beach the view is amazing and the deck furniture is great! Would definitely recommend to others!

The location of the was perfect. Plenty of room for everyone to hang out and have some time to them self. Beautiful window that looked out to the beach with two chairs so you could sit and enjoy the view.

I would have preferred to know about the additional fees to run the hot tub and pool before arrival. Not after the booking. 2 separate fees for one pump to run both devices is also ridiculous. We didn’t have heat for 2 days until they sent a rep out to turn the temp up. We weren’t reimbursed for that time. Otherwise property was great and we had a fantastic trip.

We absolutely enjoyed every minute of our stay at this property. The house was very clean and well equipped with all the amenities we needed. We enjoyed the direct access to the pool and enjoyed using the pool and hot tub daily. We will definitely be back!

We stayed at the property for two weeks in the fall with family (wife and I, mother-in-law, teenage son and his friend). This home was fantastic with amazing views of the ocean and easy access to the beach via the deck directly from the house. Home was perfect for us and included living areas to spend time together as well as separate spaces including a game room. The ‘office’ area was a huge bonus for me to get work done while enjoying two weeks from reality. The management company also did their best to accommodate a last minute issue when we had to get a flat tire fixed on morning of checkout. Overall experience with this home was great and hopefully we’ll have the opportunity to come back.

This house was very nice in the way it was laid out. Everyone had their privacy. Kitchen had everything that we needed. Great beach access.The only problem we had was that the grill would not light. Had gas coming to it. We like not having to eat out every night so this was a disappointment.

The home is defined by the amazing view of Ocean in main living area. The vastness of Ocean viewing & semi private beach this provides is top tier. I would add this view actually exceeds the photo. Home is very well stocked. It had an array of extras you don't always get, air fryer, Marvel Pinball, ping ping table, beach chairs, corn hole, blue tooth speaker for pool / sun deck music, steam shower in master bath, play station w family & kid games. The layout is perfect for hanging w family members or you can exit your bedroom's individual balcony & escape to pool or beach. The maintenance team was efficient w small items that came up. Home very modern. It has a feel that all rooms have had updates. We will definitely be back.
