Julie was outstanding with providing necessary information and responding very quickly to any questions. The room was ok. The refrigerator was filled with water on the bottom and had leaked onto the carpet at the end of both beds. It was so wet it never dried. With there being so many floors and so few elevators waiting to get on to get luggage to our room was very long. Parking was easy to use. Ocean view from the room was great!

There was very good communication. The room itself was dated. Beds need to be changed, they were very hard. Refrigerator is old and freezes the food near the top but does not keep the food on the bottom cool enough. Balcony is amazing. Bring hangers, there were none there.

Hotel was good location walk to the beach room was good one bed in 305b needs replaced big sag in the middle. Other than that everything was good would stay again. Close to the board walk.

Great location

The location is perfection and access to pool/hot tub/beach were ideal for us! The room itself was dated and the curtains and carpet were filthy. Glad I brought house slippers ... And the beds/pillows were so uncomfortable.

I booked this property for several reasonsPrice Location Availability of microwave and fridge so I can at least make my own foodI notice that microwave was broken I reached out to Big Fish. They were aware of the issue and had ordered a new one. I gave them permission to come into my room to replace it. It was never replaced. That was disappointing.The room was small and clean.

By far the best thing about this property is the view. Step right onto balcony and sit and watch the ocean waves hit the shore, wonderful! Accommodations were limited but in good condition. Shower was fantastic. Communication was good. One thing i was not a fan of was having to get into the building the first time, run up the stairs, grab the key to the garage and then run back down to car (where it is parked in a 10 minute loading zonet) o be able to get car into parking garage. Leaving the key behind at the end of stay was similar. Overall a fun and very affordable stay.

Belated Birthday Getaway

The oceanfront 🌊 room view was amazing. The room was Immaculately / Super clean. The bed was very comfortable. I give this room two 👍 👍 thumbs up & five stars ⭐️. I enjoyed my stay & I will return. I only have one regret my stay was to short. I highly recommend this room.

Great little place with fabulous veiw!

The rental was just as described, with a great view and just about anything you need within walking distance! From Friday to Monday we never had to get in the car once! Host was very helpful and prompt with all questions! Thank you

Checking in was a nightmare. You will be required to send pictures of your credit card and license and one of yourself, after check in time from an odd 800 number. Location is great. Hotel next to it is so much nicer.

This is a giant hotel where rooms have been sold to private owners. This was a private unit, so you could not elicit help from hotel staff. It is a great facility and great location. Parking is about a block away with very small spaces. Got charged $500 by rental agency due to a ding in my car door. Huge issue was faulty air conditioner that caused AC to run constantly. It was freezing. It never got fixed. They made no offer to compensate me for this experience. I couldn't sit in my room and relax because it was so cold. I asked for extra blankets and was told no. They just didn't seem to care that it was miserable. Too bad because it would have been a great stay.

Great Bang for your buck

Stayed here for a few nights during Bike week 2024. It was just myself and a friend, it was the perfect spot to rest your head after a long day of riding. Perfect size for a small family or 2 couples. The view was also amazing. The host was super friendly and easy to deal with. Would def stay here again.

The property was exactly as described. Great views. Nice size balcony. Nice bathroom. Property amenities are nice. Room is small as described. Beds small but comfortable. The problem is the air conditioning/heating system. There are two units. We were in one unit and another customer had control of the thermostat for both units. We wanted 71 degrees but no matter what setting we used, even turning off our thermostat, we had no control over the system for our room, so it was 62 degrees the whole time. It was so cold that my wife had to wear a hoodie inside!! Note, the parking lot is a block and a half away.
