Our stay in HS 1207 – Oceanfront Condo was exceptional. The unit was exactly as advertised, and we had no issues whatsoever. The sunrise views each morning were truly stunning, and on most days we were even treated to frequent dolphin sightings—an unexpected highlight of the trip. The beds were very comfortable, and every feature and appliance in the condo functioned perfectly. We can recommend both this property and the host without hesitation.

Wonderful Host

We had a short stay at Delina’s condo but thank goodness we found it on VRBO - she was a great host. Her condo is beautiful and clean and perfect and the best I’ve stayed in in Myrtle Beach. The checkin process was a bit difficult because the property itself (where you check in) is only there to give you a key and can’t help you with anything else. They’re also really rude - but Delina is the nicest host and very very accommodating. She made up for everything that the front desk lacked. We left our PS5 behind and had to drive back to retrieve it and she was extremely helpful in getting us back into get it. I am so thankful to her for taking the time to make sure we were able to get back in hours after check out to get our PlayStation. I will absolutely stay in her condo again - it’s beautiful and she made our last weekend in Myrtle Beach really really great.

Just as described in the listing! We absolutely loved the place and the washer/dryer was such a pleasure to have. The owner was a pleasure to do business with. I highly recommend and look forward to staying again.

Perfect beach location

Our family of six (kids aged 21, 19, 15, 12) stayed here and we really enjoyed the proximity to the beach. This clean, bright condo includes convenient extras such as beach towels, chairs, and a beach umbrella that saved us having to purchase and pack those items in our car. It was great to have a washer and dryer so that we could wash our clothes before heading home. The water pressure is excellent and we never ran out of hot water, even with six of us using the shower. There were plenty of bath towels and wash cloths. Our party of six did make the condo feel a little tight when the sofa pull-out and the murphy bed were both open. I recommend having the kids fold those up each morning. We found the beds and pillows to be firm and comfortable. Our family didn’t do a lot of cooking, but the kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, appliances, and utensils. The view from the balcony is beautiful! We would definitely stay here again.

Condo was as described. View from balcony was great ! Building was quiet this time of year. Nice to have a washer and dryer. Lots of cooking utensils if you want to cook "in".

Very nice and clean and a good location.

We were very happy with the accommodations. The location was good, not right in the middle of all the hustle and bustle but close enough to it that you could be there in no time. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Views and Accomodations

Though we encountered a couple snags on our trip, overall we enjoyed our stay. Ms. Merritt was quick to help us and did her best to ensure we enjoyed our stay. Positives- The proximity to the beach was wonderful and had easy access. Amenities with the indoor and outdoor pools were a plus! The condo was quiet and bedroom and bathroom areas were spacious. There were adequate kitchen supplies and the table and bar stools provided just enough seating. Beds were comfortable and pillows fluffy. For the most part, the condo was clean. Negatives- Only 2 of the 4 beach towels were provided. Kitchen cabinets were unorganized and didn't allow much room for our food and supplies. Bedroom was quite a bit warmer than rest of condo, but the ceiling fan provided a some relief. Overall, we would love to stay again. Ms. Merritt provided good communication and helped us in the areas that were needed. I felt like she understood our needs and was quick to resolve our issues. Thank you!!

Great experience!

Everything is as described in the listing. We were right on the ocean with a beautiful view from our balcony. Although one bedroom, it comfortably slept 4 adults and 3 kids. It's very spacious. The property was great as well - somewhere around 10 pools of various depths, 3 hot tubs, etc. No complaints!

5-day Myrtle Beach vacation

The view of the ocean from the condu hits you immediately as you walk inside. Easy access to the beach and great view! We made full use of the kitchen and washer/dryer. The best part of the condu, in my view, was how comfortable the beds were. Delina is fair and customer focused. We hit some small snags upon arrival but she took care of them. We were very pleased with the condu and will book again when we decide to return to Myrtle Beach.

Great getaway, first thing you see is oceanfront!

Was as expected

Condo was comfortable and looked the way it was shown on VRBO. Mattresses extremely comfortable, décor well done. We enjoyed the kitchen utensils and dishes. Everything we needed and in new condition. Fridge and stove could be improved as the bottom adjustable bolt had worked loose and main door fell off. Was able to put back and tighten the adjustment. Also 2 burners on stove were not working initially, but had just been worked loose during the previous cleaning so put in proper places and worked fine. Toilet ran if not careful to move the handle right. Insect guy came and sprayed for bugs. A week later a live cockroach appeared on his/her back in front of garbage door . I got rid of it. A couple days ago found another dead one in the same area. A couple people asked what we paid and it seemed they got a better deal from front desk, which surprised me as always assumed VRBO was cheaper because of the management fees and the risk of getting in a mess with absentee owner. I don't like making negative comments, but felt it should be the truth. In spite of comments, I would recommend the condo to friends and explain the issues. Regards

Walked in feeling like it was home away from home!!

We had an awesome time! Very relaxing much needed get away, great view from the porch. The place was clean nice set up all around. Spent a couple nights sleeping on the pull out bed watching movies with the door open to get that nice breeze! We definitely plan to stay here again!

Great spot! Great vacation!

What a great time! The place was nice, safe and the people were welcoming and friendly. The condo we had was nice with a great view of the ocean and most of the morning we had a beautiful sunrise. The only negative point especially if you are there to 1 month, there is no cupboard for clothes and grocerie.

Lovely Condo, Perfect Views, Great Location!!!

We were excited to have a "getaway" at South Myrtle Beach, and Ms. Delina's Condo did not disappoint! We were very happy with the interior decorating, the layout was perfect, and SO Many nice touches such as the beach towels! It was comfy and clean and the balcony was awesome for oceanfront fireworks shows or thunderstorm watching! There was plenty of free parking, the elevators were so fast, the on-site diner was great for snacks and a quick breakfast! Thank you for letting us stay at your "beach house" and we will be sure to return very soon! -- SCOTT & JULIE
